Finally!!!! A contractor who does what he says and delivers when promised. Mr. Richmond's team showed up early and cleaned up before they left. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Will is honest and gave us an extremely fair price on our roof, siding and gutter replacement. He did much more than any other siding company would do. He gave us a great deal on insulation board and house wrap. He also went out of his way to give us a freeze shield and a drip edge on our roof. We would heartily recommend Will Richmond Inc. over any other contractor for anyone with roofing, siding or gutter needs.

I can't express what a wonderful top notch, professional and kind person Mr. Richmond is. He installed an new roof and did a beautiful job only using the best quality materials and employees and extremely fair with cost, he was here when he said he would be, came back several times to make sure we were happy and to check the roof. I had to call him for another issue that was NOT related to my roof and he came right over and fixed the problem. Mr. Richmond provides the best customer service and is just a terrific person he is always there to help out without question. He kept us informed from start to completion and was always available to answer any questions. Thorough clean up once the roof was completed. Excellent value for the installation and the finished product looks amazing. Great care was taken to save the old time lightning arrestors on the ridge line with the installedridge vents.

Our satisfaction with William started from the very second he came to provide a quote. We had scheduled 3 other quotes that week; the first people never showed, the second made us sit through 2 hours of heavy salesmanship, and the third left us with little confidence that they even knew how to do the job. When William showed up, he exuded the kind of confidence and experienced understanding that made us so much more comfortable with this project. My husband and I don't know anything about siding or gutters, but he explained it all without pressing us for something we didn't want and providing his opinion only when asked. He answered every question with a very detailed explanation and made sure we understood what was being explained. He took no money up front, gave us a very VERY competitive quote, didn't BS us or try to add on or anything. He called at every step in the process, so we were never left wondering what was going to happen next. This was important because it took a few weeks for the special color we wanted to come in. Once they came out, they were done with the complete siding in 2 days, the gutters in a few hours. When they left, they left zero mess, they installed all the lighting that we wanted to replace, and the house looked brand new. Even during the job, he would call and make sure everything was going alright. After the job, he came by to make sure we were happy with everything and did a round to verify they didn't leave any trash or forget to do anything. He ensured us that if we ever had a question or issue with any of the work, that we could call him and he would come right out and fix it. When he discovered that the fascia on one part of the house (which we had decided not to replace) was actually in too poor a shape to retain (color was way off from age), he replaced it at no charge because he wanted to make sure that his work looked really good, and retaining the old fascia was not going to help do that. We are extremely pleased and our initial confidence in him paid off. The house looks amazing. The work is impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend him for this type of work. As a side note, I would like to add that they hung a bat house for us without charging us for it, or complaining at all.... and it wasn't even something we were hanging on the siding- we just didn't have the equipment to reach the spot it needed to go.

Mr. Richmond was very professional, outstanding quality work. Crew showed up on time and were very skilled in their work. Cleaned up all mess and very careful not to damage my yard or property. Mr. Richmond swept my yard three different times with magnets to pick up any loose nails. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repair of a roof.

He did a great job. Getting a roof replaced is a bit of a mess, particularly with all the "Our people are in the area" cold calls that have a timeshare sales feel to them. He was straightforward, did an excellent job, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Stripped old shingles, replaced compromised plywood, removed obsolete ventalation components, patched holes and installed 50year architechural shingles. Professional. Work done in timeframe promised. Work completed in one day. William Richmond and his team get my highest recomendation.

Mr. Richmond and his team are extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. Watching them work was like watching sychronized swimming. They stripped, patched, laid ice barrier, vapor barrier, and shingles in such a professional manner I was in awe. I would hire him and his crew anytime.

What great experience working with Mr. Richmond and his company. Mr. Richmond personally came to give the estimate for new windows along with one of his supervisors. They provided me with the best estimate and I hired them. A week later he contacted me and told the windows were in and that they could arrange and install at my convenience. A couple days later the crew showed up at exactly the at the time they said. They installed all windows the same day. The supervisor, Chris, was on site the entire time working and providing his crew with direction if needed. They very professional, courteous and did and an outstanding job. They left the property just as it was when they arrived that morning. The windows are beautiful and made the home not only more energy efficient but also added beauty to the property.
