They gave me an Angie's List discount. They were okay. He was in and out. He was prompt. The carpets were clean and I didn't have any problems. I would probably use them again.

The carpets look great. Even got some old pet stains cleaned up. The two sofa's look almost new now. They reponsed quiclkly to my phone call with a quote over the phone. The arrived on time and did a great job. I will use them again

CRS arrived on time, went right to work and operated in a professional manner. He was very pleasant and took care not to do any damage with the hoses and attachments that were winding through the house. Cleaning took about 3 hours to do and about 4 hours for everything to dry completely. It had been a few years since the last cleaning and we expected some of the stains to be impossible to remove. We were pleasantly surprised to find that most of the stains were gone except for some of the very worse and the 15 year old carpet was looking almost like new. We were very happy with their service and will use them again.

Young man arrived and got right to work, and for the size of the house only took about an 1 1/2 hours. He was very polite and very professional. Would use again and will pass the word on!

It was a smooth process from start to finish. Raymond (?) was on time and very friendly. We went over the house and I showed him the areas of concern. He then showed me the areas I had missed and not noticed! He pretreated the stains and went to work on the house. The whole house took approx. 3 hours and the results were amazing. My wife came home and commented that the carpets looked great but she could not smell anything. That was because there were no perfumes to mask the job, just clean odor free carpets. Thank you RCS!

They did an overall great job of getting our cream colored sofa and chair clean, although we later found two significant spots left. They might have come back if I had called, but didn't get around to it.

I found this company through Living Social deals. The carpet cleaning was excellent.

The only carpeting I have in my townhouse is on three stairways. I called Riggins and they gave me a quote which was lower than I expected. The only small glitch was the need to reschedule due to a breakdown of their truck. When I expressed my disappointment, Ray asked 'What can I do to make this right?' Upon completing the job, he offered a discount because of the rescheduling glitch. I could not accept it, because he really did outstanding work for a more than fair price (the original quote cited above).
