Excellent from start to finish!

JDH was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My new roof was in place within two weeks of our first meeting. The build is very recent, so I can only speak to the installation and workmanship, but so far I'm very satisfied.

After waiting months for another roofing company to even start work on a new roof, I reached out to a couple new companies. Brian from JDH was the first to respond in a couple of hours. The other company said they could come out in something like 10 days to estimate. Brian made an appointment that same day to give an estimate. Brian showed up on time, gave an estimate using not only better materials and warranty but was less than the company I had been waiting months on. I jokingly asked Brian if he could have the roof done the next day, his response was, "Let me check with the supplier, and our schedule". I may have lost consciousness for a moment hearing that reply. Shingles and materials showed up the next day, then a crew 24 hours later and they went to work, (On a Saturday at that). Crew was polite and put tarps around the house to catch any debris and protect everything. Brian showed up several times throughout the day to check progress and address any questions. That day the work was finished. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there, other than a new beautiful roof. I have yet to find a single nail in the yard. Brian followed up again a few days later just to ask if I was happy with everything. Thanks to JDH and Brian for a great job. Cant thank you enough.

Jim, Brian, and Ken were great! They answered super quickly. They gave me a great price. The work quality was suburb. They replaced my roof in one day. They also got it done with 1 daysâ notice. Why work with those other schemers? These guys are the real deal! They talk to you like a real person. They explained everything and answered all my questions. After we agreed, they did everything they said they were going to do and more, and in the timeline they said they were going to do it in, or earlier. What more could you expect?

JDH Remodeling does amazing work at great prices. We recently had a roof replacement completed and the workers were extremely professional, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up properly when the project was complete. Their customer service and sales staff are friendly and strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. We will continue to use and recommend them without hesitation. Thanks to Brian and the rest of JDH for treating us more like neighbors than paying customers. You can't go wrong with these folks.

JDH was excellent from top to bottom. From the sales team to the site managers to the individual installers, everyone was professional and courteous. While we had a few scheduling hic-ups, they have been very flexible in addressing any issues that came up during the process. Highly recommend using them if you need a new roof!

By small company feel, I'm referring to their personal attention to my project from start to finish.
