All Ready Finished is exemplary. They are most pleasant to work with, prompt, courteous, and professional. The finished product looks amazing.

The crew arrived on time, even a little early the second day - it was a 2-day job. They were quiet, efficient and friendly. They took out the old driveway, prepped the bed and set forms the first day, then poured and finished the new drive the 2nd day . The work area stayed clean and organized throughout. They didn't even wake our light sleeping neighbor during the pour! Stephen was friendly and answered all our questions about options and care. The driveway looks spectacular! In fact, our neighbors were so impressed with the work of Stephen's team and the look of our drive, they asked Stephen to give them an estimate on the spot. (And he did, after he finished our job). We are glad we found All Ready Finished. We would use them again. And we would definitely recommend them. One last word: the All Ready Finished team were gentlemen, all of them.

He returned my call promptly and set a time to come out and look the job over. He came on time, in fact a little early. and explaned himself very well.

He was early for the appointment and was professional. I did not select their company.

Large tree roots had caused my walkway to become broken and slanted. I needed to have my walkway replaced and the roots under it needed to be removed. Steve had the equipment needed to remove the roots, and agreed to remove some of the adjoining roots in my yard as well. In spite of sporadic rain showers the work was completed in five hours. Early the next morning the crew came to do the finishing touches and the clean up. The walkway looks great and I am pleased with the work that was performed.

Spring asphalt work = dodging the rain showers. With that in mind I thought they were coming on Wednesday but they showed up on Tuesday. Hey, better early than late right? They did all prep work, filled the seam between the halves of the driveway and applied a nice thick coat of sealant. All good! I went out to check on the job and found sealant splattered all over the stone face of the retaining wall along the driveway! They kept it wet and tried scrubbing it off - no good. They ran back to the shop and returned with some type of masonry cleaner and began scrubbing. About two hours later it was clean as new. Long story short, it's not about doing a perfect job all the time but about correcting things and making it right when a mistake is made. They never complained and they stayed and did what was necessary to make things right. Every speck of seal coat had been cleaned off the wall. I was concerned that all the water and cleaner on the hour old seal coat would wash it off. It didn't appear to wash any of it away and I was assured that if it did, they would coat it again the next day. Steve stopped by the next day and made sure I was happy with the job and inspect the crew's work himself. The seal coat was great and no reapplication was required. They did a good job and I would use them again.

I have done quite a bit of work with them. It went very well, he is a good contractor of mine. Without asking him, he came out and cleaned up the next day. Their was trash laying around and he went above and beyond and cleaned up everything that wasn't even ours. He is very straight forward, easy to deal with as a person, he is not going to tell you things just to get the job which is what i like. He was excellent. He does work at a reasonable price in an efficient time. I always get a call back from him.

We decided to go with other contractor instead. Have added him to my favorite's list for possible future work and will point neighbors to him if they have work.

I called on 3-19 and was told that someone would be by the property within the next two hours to check out the damage and provide an estimate. I was never contacted again, even after calling three more times over the next two weeks. A little professionalism goes a long way.

Company arrived on time. Work was professionally done. House looked beautiful after work was completed. I would definitely use the company again.

I usually dont write reviews for work not performed but this guy deserves it. He is very professional and fair in his pricing. The ONLY reason I did not him is that I got another estimate which I found later to be a buddy deal as in they knew me and cut the price/profits for this one job. Otherwise I would use this company in a heart beat.

I needed someone to come in and redo my pool apon. I had hired a company the previous year and they did a terrible job and refused to correct the mistakes. So I did some checking and found this company. The owner came out and gave me a resonable estimate. I felt he was very fair and the job turned out great.

All work went very well. Stephen was very responsive to my initial inquiry and he answered all my questions. His team members were professional and very polite. All demolition and re-pouring work went very smoothly and the work only took 2 days to complete. The job site was cleaned up very nicely afterwards.

Stephen Benson, the owner of All Ready Finished provided the last of the 4 quotes obtained. The other quotes received were all over the map, including one to demolish and replace the entire porch and walkway for $7200. Stephen's more reasonable approach was to do only what was necessary since the porch pad was in good shape. He even assured me that the hose bib which potentially would have to be moved would still be accessible. We signed the contract on a Tuesday, and work was scheduled for Thursday. Stephen and his crew arrived in the afternoon to do the demo work. The walkway was removed, and the forms were quickly set for the concrete pour. The next day the concrete was poured and stamped. A few days later the forms were removed, the concrete was acid washed and sealed, and the job site carefully cleaned up. Stephen even brought a few bags of dirt to fill in around the walkway. The porch and walkway turned out beautifully. Stephen supervised the work and performed much of it himself. He answered all my questions, was very easy to work with, and was always very prompt on returning phone calls. His workmanship is excellent as is his work ethic. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We just moved into our home in June and were looking to replace the front steps with some sort of ramp for easier sier accessability to our front door. We found All Ready Finished on the list and called the company. The owner answered the phone an said he was on his way to another job and would stop by on the way there. He recommended a few changes to what we had planned and gave us an estimate. He was very professional in his demeanor and ability and seemed to know what he was doing so we contracted to have the work done.

Very professional and polite, explained all the work that needed to be done and answered all my questions. On the day he was scheduled to begin work Stephen and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They finished when they said and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I was extermely impressed with the work that was done and will be using Stephen again for the stone work on my house as well as a stone mail box.

I was in need of a stamped concrete patio and other work at my home. I contacted Stephen Benson and he came out and met with me personally to discuss my options. I thought that I knew what I wanted. Stephen had suggestions that I had not even imagined and was able to explain to me exactly how it would look when they were done. Once we had decided on what was to be done he provided me an written contract just to reiterate exactly what was to be done. Already finished inc is by far one of the best concrete crews I have ever seen in action. My phone call was answered with a warm greeting and ended with my confidence before I even met anyone. The following day the owner came to my house and explained the job start to finish. I was given a written estimate and we agreed on the price. My timeline for the job completion was pretty demandind considering I called on a Wednesday with the hopes of it done on the following monday. Not only was the job done on monday but it looked excellent. I got home from work and they were wrapping everything up. I'm an extremely satisfied customer who would recommend already finished inc to anyone. Thank you angies list.

Stephen (owner) came out and gave a estimate the same day we called him. He explained our options and gave us an estimate before he left. He e-mailed a start date and time and was here exactly on time. His crew was polite and respectful. Stephen said it would take a day and it was completed in about 5 hours. They cleaned up all the trash and gave me instruction on the care of the new concrete. Would use them again and recomend them if asked by anyone.

Last year I had the concrete around my pool redone. Unfortunately I choose the wrong company to do the work. As a result of the terrible job done I had to have it done again. This time I choose the right company. All Ready Finished did a great job. Stephen came out promptly to give me an estimate when contacted. They arrived on time and got straight to work. The job was finished on time and they cleaned up after themselves, another thing the previous company did not do. Stephen also made sure that any areas that were disrupted in the course of the work, were fixed properly and without anyone telling him they needed to be done. I would recommend this company.

Work on removing the old concrete was much more difficult than initially envisioned by the homeowner and the contractor. The concrete was 8-10" thick rather than the 4-6" thickness estimated and had reinforcing bars as well. While removing all that concrete took considerably more time and effort than planned, the crew did an outstanding job. The lower patio was also thicker than estimated and reinforced, but it was removed on the same day. The planning and replacement work on both slabs was done very professionally and looks great. The front walk was changed from straight to curved at our request. While this change added slightly to the cost, the results are outstanding. Mr. Stephen Benson was with his team throughout the process and did an outstanding job. He and his team were on time, neat, clean, and very courteous. The team consulted the homeowner when necessary and the work went very smoothly. The site was cleaned up at the end and looks great. I would not hesitate to have them back for other work, nor would I hesitate recommending them highly.

I contacted All Ready Finsihed Inc. and spoke to Mr. Steven Benson. Mr. Benson was very polite and professional. He came out and gave me an estimate that same day. When he arrived he was very prepared and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. We measured the driveway and went over several different options. I was handed an estimate and a list of references to contact if I wanted to. The next day I called Steve to see when he was able to come out and start the job! The following week Steve and his guys showed up to my house on time to begin working, his guys were very professional, polite, and hard working. The first day they demo the old driveway and preped for the new one. The next morning Steve and his guys showed up and poured my new driveway. By the end of the day his forms were stripped and my driveway was complete! I was VERY impressed with the professionalism and workmenship of this company. All Ready Finished Inc. will be my only go to company for any concrete, masonry work that I come across in the future!
