Description of Work: We had a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling stone surround installed along with windows flanking the unit. His price was fair and the quality of work was good. However he took 4 weeks and said that it would be completed in a little over a week. He was a very poor communicator. He ordered the wrong brand and style of windows. We had verbally agreed to Anderson silver line windows and I came home to united windows. He also did not order materials in advance and this caused a delay because the stone was a special order. He took no ownership in installing the gas fireplace even though installing it was clearly stated in the contract. Overall, we got a good product but he made it a headache to deal with.
