Steve's Monster Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again.

Came all the way down to southern Maryland just to fix the switch. Had an issue a week later thinking the well pump actually needs to be replaced. He tried everything to help us over the phone but will come back out soon to repair will leave another review but so far super nice super personable and highly recommended.

Steve is great! When my son noticed no hot water at 5:30p, I called Monster Plumbing. Steve said he'd get back into his work clothes and be right over. And he was! Very personable and knowledgeable. I first met him when he worked for Len's plumbing. He stayed in my mind because even then, he went above and beyond by offering to install my handheld bidet after fixing my broken pipe from my clumsy attempt to install it myself. No extra cost. Now as a sole proprietor, his fees are less than big companies. Very nice man! Obviously experienced in his field. I wouldn't call anyone else!

I passed on for other companies. They all gave me BS about how to fix my problem. Steve knew everything he fix my hot water heater and flu problems like a professional, without excess price gouging. I highly recommend him. You'd be lucky to have him do your work
