We just spoken with them a few times but we appreciated their willingness to help us out and give us some information. We are going to hire them. We were impressed and we thought, they were helpful.

Grossly over measured the carpeting. I have enough carpet left to carpet a bedroom appx. 9' x 12'. No padding was left. I must now find a way to transport and dispose of the massive roll of carpet, which is sitting on my front porch as it is much too massive to be stored in the house or shed. The installers could not communicate clearly in English except to say ''no, no your carpet, you keep carpet'' when queried why so much carpeting left over and what were we to do with it. The installed carpet is fine, but I feel cheated and feel that it was the responsibility of the contractor to accurately measure the area to be carpeted - after all this is their profession- who else are you expected to count on to determine the appropriate amount of materials needed to complete a job in the service industry that they are licensed to operate. I believe that my cost for this job should have been at least $500 -$700 less had the measurements been accurate
