Tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. Prior to contacting Landers had Sears here 3 times and they failed to fix the issue.

Great experience. Easy to schedule. Worked with tech on the phone to diagnose trouble who then ordered the part required. Another tech arrived on time for the appointment and was able to then replace the part. great service, polite, friendly, professional.

Steve was very informative. He explained what the problem was and how it happened. He replaced the fan motor which had failed and straightened the freezer door so it would close properly and solve the ice buildup issue. He answered all my questions with confidence. I would highly recommend him.

The servicemen cleared the issue then told me what to watch for. I was a very happy customer at 1am when the ice started dropping into the ice bucket. We have had ice ever since.

On delivery the installers discovered we need an electric dryer. We had said we had gas. 100% our fault. Installer called office and informed me that his manager was loading a replacement on a truck and would be right out. And he was! Entire process 2 hours! And then I found out it was my original salesman that drove the truck!! Posted on Facebook, too. What a great company!!

The technician inspected the washing machine and detected the problem. Since the machine was 10 years old, it is more cost effective to replace it.

Landers did an excellent job. They scheduled quickly and with proper COVID-19 safety questions to ensure the health of our family and their workers. When our original tech hurt his back, they called immediately and rescheduled for the next day, which was fine with us since this was not an emergency. The replacement tech was friendly, professional, and very quick. Overall great experience, I would hire them again.

Amazing we were told by another company it could not be fixed and we needed another one. This company looked at parts of the refrigerator the other didn’t even touch and the issue was fixed before they left! Amazing! We will be calling them for any and all of our appliance needs!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable & effective

I telephoned Landers Appliance and talked with Patrick Marsh. Patrick listened and answered with sincerity and concern for my questions. I felt that with his help, I made a great choice with the Speed Queen TC5. He arranged next day delivery. It was a good experience.

Technician was pleasant, effective and punctual. He was able to explain what was wrong and also what the process was to fix the problem. Price was fair- seems in line with other companies.

All went well. The gentlemen ran a diagnostic on my entire refrigerator. It turned out that a defective filter was the culprit. I had a spare filter, so there was no additional cost to me.

Quick, friendly response. It took two visits, but first they made a temporary repair that worked perfectly while they waited for parts. The technicians were very careful to follow COVID recommendations.
