Description of Work: Came out to repair a built in microwave oven. Was here for an hour said he couldn't figure out how to get the microwave out of cabnet. Said he would have to charge me for coming out anyway. A friend came over ant took it out of cabnet in about 30 seconds. Had another company do the repair.

Description of Work: Excellent service and successful clothes washer repair. Only complaint is that an easily repaired part was replaced instead.

Description of Work: We asked them to come and assess why a large window AC unit wasn't working. They advised that the unit would be too expensive to repair. We appreciated their honesty.

Description of Work: Repaired the ice maker on my Samsung Fridge. Needed to order a part and come back but they followed up quickly and took care of things. Would use again.

Description of Work: I had a broken clothes washer, they came to assess it and although he found the problem, it said it would be a hassle to fix and to just get a new one. He said the service charge for the visit could be used towards a purchase in the store, so we went, but they were not helpful in the store and would not use the money towards a purchase. We were disappointed.

Description of Work: My mother had a wall oven that was very old. In fact, the oven brand had gone out of business decades ago. In addition, the wall oven was 21 inches which was impossible to find. I live in Michigan and my mother lives in Baltimore. For months my sister and I tried to find an oven. It was really stressing my mother out because she loves to bake. Finally, I found Landers on Angie's List, and called them. They came out and took some measurements. They explained that the wall oven would be difficult to find because of its size. After about six weeks Landers found a wall oven the same size. Needless to say my mother is very happy. My mother is 82 years old, and the oven is digital, which created a little problem for her. It has taken time for my mother to understand how to bake in the new wall oven. Regardless, we are very happy with the service that Landers provided. I would definitely recommend Landers in the future. Great job guys.

Description of Work: I was looking for a company who could diagnose and repair a damaged bulb housing on my light over my stove. I was able to get an appointment straightway, and the men who came by were prompt, friendly, and competent. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and were back to complete the repair a couple of days later. I can't say enough good things about them and plan on calling them again.
