Cost about the same for a new wash motor as it would a new dishwasher, so I ordered one with Landers today!

Landers was at my house within 2 hours of calling. My fridge is old so I wasn’t hopeful, however, the service person had it up and running again within minutes. He walked me through the whole thing and I was very pleased. Would absolutely use again.

Landers is terrific Their office staff is incredibly responsive and called me for reminders a day before if they were coming My fridge was warm A technician first came and identified that this fan motor was not working properly and provided a fix but mentioned that this could happen again A replacement part was ordered and the technician came back and replaced this part. There is a warranty The fridge became warm again about a month later I called and another tech (Danny) came to take a look He ordered a replacement and he came back and exchanged this part He was terrific A first class business

The technician was able to tell me the problem with my washing machine and that it would cost more to repair than to replace. But he also told me it was safe to continue to use it, which I appreciate given current shortages in available appliances. I REALLY appreciated his honesty and will definitely come to Landers when it’s time to replace the machine.

This was the second time we have used this company and fortunate enough to have had the same tech. Joe is very professional. I explained our issues with each appliance and within minutes had figured out the problem with each one. I would have went *** backwards to try and fix the washer and used to much effort to get no where. Joe narrowed it down without even moving the machine. Landers is the company I will always go to. Did great the first time we used them. This is why we used them the second time and Joe did not let us down. Thanks to a great tech.

Because of the pandemic, many of the competitor's stockes are empty. Some are not placing orders because of wait time is 2 months or longer. It was a competitor who referred me to this company. The salesman at Lenders was very professional and pleasant to work with.. All options were explored regarding pricing and selection. My estimate delivery time is Dec 30 2020. I highly recommend Lenders Appliances as opposed to the usual large chain stores

The following is the technician's problem description and resolution as documented on the Landers Appliance job invoice, which was emailed to me. The whole experience was an indication to me of the excellent skills of the Landers technicians and the quality of service provided by them. I added my comments to the technician's description. Service Performed: CHECKED AND FOUND BAD EVAP FAN MOTOR. (me: motor not starting and running when it is supposed to) ALSO FOUND CLOGGED DRAIN, CLEARED DRAIN. CUSTOMER OKD REPAIR. WILL RETURN TO FIX FAN MOTOR.; ORDRNG 1 WP61005339 (MOTOR)| (me: 17 year old refrigerator part not in stock - had to special order) RETURNED WITH PARTS. (me: 2 days later) FOUND FAN MOTOR WITHOUT HARNESS NEEDED. (me: replacement motor was shipped with a missing wiring harness part - could not be installed) DID FIND CULPRIT TO PROBLEM. (me: technician discovered source of problem while reinstalling old fan motor) FOUND ICE IN CONNECTION CAUSING INTERMITTENT ELECTRIC ISSUES. CLEANED CONNECTION. UNIT WORKS AT THIS TIME. ADVISED CUSTOMER TO CALL BACK IF PROBLEM COMES BACK.; (me: I am completely satisfied with this repair. refrigerator performing like new!)

If you want to have Landers install an appliance you bought from someplace else, don't bother. This company will only install appliances bought through them.

Service call was high and I was told it would not be applied to the cost of the repair.

Dean Landers was so great helping me find a refrigerator. The office staff were so nice and helpful. The installers did a great job.

Cost of repair too high for a 10 year old appliance. I will need to replace it.
