Steve the technician found a crossed circuit with our main breaker. But he checked the stove over anyway to make sure it’s fully functional. Excellent service.

Robert diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds, and had a repair proposed shortly after. He gave us a few options, one of which saved us money on parts and was greatly appreciated. Had everything up and working again in about 40 minutes. Great experience for us, and relieving.

Paid for a technician to come out, but refused to hire for the job as they were quoting way too much for the part and the labor to replace it. Instead of paying the $370 ($210 for the part plus $160 for the labor) we ordered the part on line for $35 and replaced it ourselves. Took about an hour to do.

Great! On time, Andi got a call 15 minutes ahead telling me he was on his way. Service was professional, I got an assessment of the problems and options for solutions. Landers has earned my business through great service.

She was wonderful to work with. Went above and beyond. Handled everything via phone and email. I had dealt with her previously in person when I purchased a new cloths washer. I was equally impressed.

Our clothes washing machine suddenly died. With all the supply chain problems worldwide, I thought we'd be lucky to find a new one in stock, let alone get it installed quickly. Not only did Landers have several in stock, but they were able to schedule a delivery and installation only two days after I bought the thing! Patrick Marsh, the Sales Manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful; and the delivery/installation guys were superb (I'm sorry, I don't know their names). We had used Landers several times before for repairs, and they were great. They're still great! (The cost I'm listing in this survey is for both a brand new washing machine and installation, which required moving the dryer as well.) Thank you, Landers! We love you!

The repair was extensive, so we opted to purchase a new dishwasher from Landers. The process was quick and easy.

Every step of the process was smooth. Pat, made selecting the perfect microwave easy and Jude & Alex were awesome during the installation. We will definitely use them again!

I’m so glad I found Landers! After not even getting a courtesy call back from anyone else, I was inmediately schedulesd a visit by a Landers technician. When he came he was extremely kind and professional. He talked me through everything he was doing and what he was finding. He was not a bit sad it ended up being nothing drastic. He was actually glad to find that a vent had iced solid and merely needed a total de-freeze. I was extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend Landers for everyone as their first choice!

Exceptionally excelent! If you need appliances look no further than Landers. From sales to service they truly are second to none! I visited another company first because of location-the other company told they didn't have any idea of when they could get them or even if they would continue making them. Upon recommendation I called Landers October 1st, fantastic sales rep (Baiba) said she would research what I wanted and call back in the morning. She was able to find everything I wanted and sent multiple pictures of each appliance. All 5 appliances were installed and tested ( extremely professionally, timely and accurately, thanks to Bobby, Jude, and Alex), fit perfectly, and within 2 hours. And the entire sales and installation was completed without me ever leaving my home! When all other companies were complaining about lack of employees and inability to get appliances, somehow Landers was able get past these difficulties and put the customer first. As I told them, I used to be in customer service mysrlf and even I don't think I was this good!! I'm serious when I tell you, look no further than Landers

It went great. All the guys could not have been nicer. Bobby, Alex, Isaiah and Repairman Matt were the very best. I am so happy I went to Landers Appliance Repair for my Refrigerator and Repair.

I purchased a new dryer and it arrived broken. It took 5 weeks to get it working....they refused to replace it with a new WORKING dryer. It has since broken again. They have been out 6 times and have yet to repair it. The repairman left today and did not tell me it was not heating. I discovered the latest failed repair after attempting to dry a load of clothing. Do not believe them when they say they are award winning. Something has definitely changed. They are garbage. This has been the worst appliance experience in the 37 years I have been a homeowner. This is also the first negative review I have ever written. Turn and run. They are HORRIBLE.

Dryer needed a part which the technician had on hand and was able to fix in about 20 minutes.
