It took a couple trips to finally get the correct diagnosis and solution to fix the problem but Landers did a great job to uncover the problem and save me money in the long run since I did not have to replace the dryer.

The repairman successfully improved the stability and functioning of the dishwasher.

On both occasions both problems were investigated and diagnosed. Parts needed to be ordered and werror installed with no issues. The service technician was very helpful and fixed additional problems we didn't know about with the washing machine.

Technician arrived at appointed time, made the diagnosis on both appliances and gave me an estimate. I decided to not repair the stove after he advised me of the price of the new part. He found a leaking ice maker line while turning off the water to work on the dishwasher. He was able to repair it at the same time; avoiding another service call.

We have used them before. They came out once to diagnose it. We decided to get it fixed rather than buying a new one. He charged us $100 to come out and look at it, and then it was $188 to do the repair. I wish it would've been a little cheaper. They did a fine job. When you call them, they call you right back. They were totally on schedule. Their professionalism was fine. I would use them again because we have a history with them and have been satisfied with the work that they have done, even though they are not the cheapest option. We were not able to do dishes consistently. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. The technician diagnosed the problem very quickly. He had to pull the dishwasher out of the counter to figure it out. After we spent some time whether to replace or repair the unit, we decided to bring him back to repair it. There was no fuss or bother.

It was the relay. Steve popped a new one in from stock in his truck and cooling system kicked in immediately. Now cools perfectly.

Called Landers midday on Friday and had a very pleasant and professional interaction with the customer service person. The service person (Billy) at the house at 9:30 Saturday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we were back up and running for a reasonable sum, parts and (Saturday emergency) service. This gave us time to do a careful search for our next appliance. Definitely worth the amount paid, would definitely call Landers again if necessary - and would certainly ask for Billy!

Work was completed and everything seems to be working. I do have some doubts as to whether or not I received a new ice maker (as I was charged) or if I received a refurbished ice maker. The unit that was installed was in a box, but it was not sealed or packaged as if the unit was new.

Went well-even came out after repair to double check with no questions asked. Turns out the dryer vent not cleaned properly- provided names of trusted air & dryer vent cleaners.

have used them before and I trust them. I had them look at my over the stove kitchenAid microwave vent system. I have had it for maybe 6 years now and it just died. This is a pretty pricey piece of equipment and I wanted to see if it could be repaired. They looked at it. They came out and said, hey look. the cost of the repair is probably more than half than the cost to replace it. So I decided that in some point in time, I will replace the unit but I have not done so yet. I have another microwave that I can use. They were very direct that this is not a cheap endeavor. They charged for a house call which was like $90.00. If I had wanted to buy new product from them, I would have gotten it at a discount. It would not have offset the service call. I know that service calls are expensive and I knew what I was getting into but I was hoping that the KitchenAid would have been repair would have been a feasible option. They have done other work for me. I think they are reliable. If they tell something to the customer then it is in the customer's best interest and not theirs. They are very prompt. When they say they are going to be there, they are there. Their service knew what he was doing and treated me with respect.

What I liked or disliked would be the cost.

No repair needed - some aging of the compressor causing slight increase in background noise, but not an issue

Very impressed with Bill and the company. Bill consulted with another tech to be sure of his recommendation. He came out a second time to try something he hoped would work- didn't- but he did not charge for the 2nd visit.

To avoid the tech having to make (and charge for) two visits, I bought the parts and got them by UPS. Fine, except that Landers "won't install any customer-supplied parts." I protested that these are genuine GE parts, still in their packing, but the answer was the same. Evidently, Landers doesn't want to forego their parts markup or the second service call charge. Must be nice to be so fat you can afford to turn down work.

Went pretty well. Had to call a couple times to coordinate, since it was at a rental property, but Landers' was professional and got the job done.

We called Landers and they had a technician here the next day. He knew immediately where to look. A chip on the main control board had burned out and, because of the age of the machine, the parts needed were no longer available. The technician was courteous, but above all, extremely knowledgable. I would call Landers again in an instant.

He had to replace a part and it is now working perfectly.
