..Called for estimate on shower door and was given price of approx $350 over phone. Estimators sent and they stated that office person had quoted incorrect product. Never received call back with revised quote. I had to call to get it. it was more than two times original quote. Office contact became arrogant when pointed out she had misquoted and recommended wrong door. Sent email to owner that was obviously intercepted ! Sent written letter to owner asking for contact from him. Never was contacted by anyone from there ! This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced .

I could not be happier with my mirror! They arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing the mirror. The installers were very nice and polite. The entire process was very smooth. I will absolutely use them again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

I had to call them three times, the last being this morning. We had a little altercation when I called this morning and he hung up on me. The quality of the shower doors were fine, but I also needed the glass shelving and glass for the tabletops done. They never delivered it to me and they were rude and unresponsive when I tried to contact them about it. I would never use them again for anything.

Very pleased. Workers showed up on time. They even took off their shoes so they would not dirty up my carpet

We were not pleased with how this turned out. Our shower door rests about a quarter inch open all the time, allowing quite a bit of water to escape. I would have been better off not doing this repair at all. Now I have to hire someone else to come in and fix the job.

His advice was that the location that I wanted to use was not appropriate. The mirror is very antique, big, and heavy. He wasn't sure that it could be secured. He was certainly professional enough to say that we couldn't do it. He said he thought we were taking a big risk. I appreciated his honesty. He was on time and plesant. He looked at the mirror and wall. He did some tapping and looking and then gave me his opinion. He said I was risking having the mirror fall.

It went wonderfully. They did a beautiful job. The guys even brought donuts and were a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up and vacuumed after the work was done. Their price was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them.

DOWN HOME COMPANY THAT PUTS OUT VERY NICE RESULTS. THEY PROVIDED A GREAT PRODUCT AND LEFT THE AREA SPOTLESS. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME AND DID IT RIGHT AND THEY CAME OUT FOR A SERVICE CALL LATER WITHOUT COMPLAINT OR CHARGE.
