They were thorough and professional.

They were supposed to come out 12 today, and we waited till 12:30 and told my wife to call but the technician was on another job and will be available till 4pm but the reality, the office and the technician did not informed us and for me it was a bad service. they sent us an email to confirm the appointment, it became suspicious because they just put the date of service and no confirmed time. they had a terrible service.

Great service- came when theysaid they would finished the job quickly and were very professional.

I was very pleased with the timely, thorough, and professional service I received for cleaning dryer vents. In addition, Tesha in the office, was extremely helpful with explaining services and current specials. She displayed a keen ability and willingness to provide excellent customer service. Jairo and his helper did the actual vent cleaning and answered my questions thoroughly.

I thought I had black mold coming up from my vents due to a clogged dryer line, or at least that's what one provider told me...and quoting me thousands of dollars for services I didn't need, I finally got a great company to come out and do the work for a fair price. Jamie and Luis worked really hard to clean my vents, and they were extremely thorough with the dryer vent. The line actually was dry rotted, and they fixed that too. I was provided up front quotes that were accurate when the workers came and all the way through the billing and payment. Both employees were very knowledgeable, and they obviously took a lot of pride in the work they did, showing me the results at every step. Finally, an honest company that does what they said they would for a fair price. Thank you!

Little delay in them getting around to us, but they kept in contact with us and did a great job.
