Description of Work: The company identified my house does not meet the Big Deal offering of $119 as there would be additional cost for a large house. I had gutter covers that I asked to replace and the house was considered 3 stories high on the back(walk out basement + 2 floors). The added cost brought the total charges to $500 which was definitely outside of what I was willing to pay as "extra". I asked the Company for other options such as replacing the gutter covers with new ones which was very expensive (over $3k). At the end it was best for me to ask for refund through Angie's and the company agreed with that course of action.

Description of Work: I scheduled initial gutter cleaning, and a later gutter repair as well as power wash of my exterior siding with Chesepeake. They were professional, on time and very good at communicating with me. I was rescheduled due to bad weather, but that's to be expected. Gus was very pleasant and professional, he communicated via phone and email regularly. I am very pleased with the work and will use them again.

Description of Work: The two workers arrived on time and cleaned the dryer vent. It turns out that a new dryer was installed too close to the wall and it crimped. They came back a second time and found the error and fixed it. We were well pleased with their work.

Description of Work: The issue is simple. The provider never asked me about my problem or my reason for calling. The provider started and continued on the subject of extra charges and costs. The most baffling was a $30 charge to remove and replace gutter cover, but a $65 charge to only remove them. IF the provider had started the conversation with the sentence, " What is your gutter problem?" instead of "Now you realize that gutter covers incur an extra charge," I might have used this provider.
