Description of Work: CPS provided gutter cleaning services and I have used numerous providers; CPS is the most professional, organized and courteous of all I've ever used in past years. They followed up my initial contact with several emails letting me know exactly when they would be at my home. They arrived when they said they would. At the conclusion of the service they provided me with a checklist detailing the condition of my roof and any issues they observed while servicing my gutters.

I am sorry but when a home does not qualify for a deal there will be surcharges based on the factors. We have to take into consider the linear footage, height and access into your additional cost. It is not fair to compare your price to a deal for a home that you don't qualify for.
