Description of Work: I had prepaid for the service. When they followed up they gave a new price that was almost twice as much as advertised. Effected my entire view of Angie's list as they had promoted this as a special offer. I did not find it so special. Classic bait and switch.

Description of Work: The tech who came out only cleaned from the outside vent instead of from both points (inside and out). Because of this lent blocked up at the point where the dryer vent meets the wall. Since I have a second story laundry room I was quite surprised when I started seeing a wet spot form in my kitchen ceiling. Turns out all the hot wet air from the dryer had no where to go and would condense into water and then leaked. The company came back out and re did the cleaning for free but now I am left to repaint half my first floor ceiling.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. $100 deal. I was informed that because I have a walk out basement it makes my house 3 stories. I was surprised to find out that was a 50% upcharge. My Angie's List deal was now $150. Since I had already paid the $100 through Angie's List I was now asked to leave $50 at the house for the upcharge. They must be busy because it was almost a month between the Angie's List order and the gutter cleaning. I don't have any complaints about the quality of the job, the gutters seem to be clean.
