Description of Work: Can't remember date of service - think it was June. Went up on the shingle roof with a power washer and sprayed the leaves out of the gutters. Several shingles fell off later. Then raked leaves up off my newly repainted deck leaving rake marks on the service. Complained to owner. Said that it was faster to do it that way. Mentioned something about the roof which he had seen on google map when we spoke. Obviously was going to give me service for the amount paid, not what the original cost was. Owner knew I was not satisfied but tried to sell me on having them come out and seal a seam in the gutter (which probably needed fixing because of their hose.)

Description of Work: Only 3 of 4 sides of the house were washed. One side has a screened porch and wheelchair lift. I was told I would need to pay an additional $150 to wash the porch and $50+ to wash the lift. The men who did the power washing were professional did a good job, but I felt that management had definitely misrepresented their services. I have cancelled my subscription to Angie's list because of this event. I was not able to inquire about the terms of the job or read reviews of this company before purchasing the coupon on Angie's list. I would not have purchased the coupon had I known the restrictions. The terms of the deal posted on Angie's list stated washing a house up to a certain square footage and did not mention extra charges for porches, decks or handicap structures attached to the house.
