Description of Work: Cleaned gutters on house. They arrived on time, went right to work, and were polite and professional.

Description of Work: Chesapeake Property Services is an excellent company. This is the third time that they have done work for us, and we'll hire them again. They were very helpful in setting up appointments. They've cleaned our gutters for two years, and they painted our front shutters. All work has been performed in a very professional manner, as one would expect. They left our property in excellent shape with no obvious signs that they were here (such as trash left behind) except for jobs well done. We highly recommend Chesapeake Property Services.

Description of Work: The most recent project I had done was to replace the gutters on my entire house with wider ones to reduce a problem with overflowing and backing up when it rained or snowed. This was the 3rd project I had done by Chesapeake Property Services, which obviously means I was very satisfied with their services. They also did seasonal gutter cleaning and power-washed the house for me and about a half-dozen of my neighbors. This company is extremely professional, responsible, easy to deal with and very easy to communicate with. They have up-to-date technology so that, when I called to get an estimate, they had a visual picture of my house in front of them on the computer and were able to point out some particulars I needed to take into consideration. They then came out to the house to do an on-site assessment and firm up the estimate. Chesapeake Property Services does exactly what they say they are going to do and they do very high quality work. They are a bit more expensive than a lot of other companies, but then again, you get what you pay for and I think it is worth it.

Chesapeake contacted me promptly to schedule service at my convenience. The workers performed the service as expected with no issues or concerns. I was very happy to use this service provider and I'd use this service again. Thanks!
