Chesapeake Property Services handled our job for gutter cleaning and minor gutter repair quickly, professionally, and at a cost much lower that the next nearest quote we received. They also provided advice regarding other maintenance projects with useful information but no pressure. Will very likely hire again.

Very well. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the debris that fell onto our deck and in the yard.

Workers recommended cleaning on an annual basis, recommended replacing dryer hose and moved the the dryer further away from the wall for me. I have put them on my calendar for next year.

They pulled out the dryer and removed the vent cover. Note: the dryer is on the second floor. A bird’s nest blocked the vent before the cover was installed. The crew thoroughly cleaned the vent and vacuumed up when finished. Excellent service!

Overall it went well. Service was quick and the employees were professional. The only area for improvement is punctuality. I believe my service window was 11am-1pm and they showed up around 5pm.

Needed gutters cleaned and was having drainage issues beyond that (water spilling over the sides of gutters when raining, and filling our egress such that water came in the door). They came out within a week or so, cleaned the gutters out, and recommended adding a 4th downspout as well as re-securing the gutters to the proper angle, which we agreed to and had them come back the following week to do. Price for services was reasonable, and totally fixed our problem! Will definitely continue to use them for gutter cleaning every year!

My experience with Chesapeake was great. They were able to schedule me just one day after I contacted them. The team was punctual, friendly and efficient. They discovered that our house painters had painted the external vent cover shut, which was trapping hot air and lint inside the vent. Over time, that could have caused real damage.

I can not check the roof but I have not notice the large amount of water dripping on my head directly over my doorway. I requested pics be taken but I did not receive them so I can not rate as excellent since I can not verify job

the guys came on the friday, before a holiday, and didn't complain about the delay in the start of the holiday weekend , or the potential traffic. The job they did was great, and they cleaned up any mess that was created.

Excellent work. They were timely, every bit of debris was cleaned up. Work was complete in just under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Money was paid through Angie's List but services were not performed. The company arrived the first time (10/13/2017) with the wrong equipment and so I rescheduled for another day (10/19/2017) and they never showed up and I found out that it was never put on the schedule. This was very inconvenient for me because I had to re-arrange several things to be at home today. The company has been here before and should have known which equipment they needed. I am very disappointed in the negligence of this company. The dryer vents were cleaned. I would very much like a refund since all services were not performed and I am not rescheduling again with this company.

It couldn't have gone better. The men who came out were pleasant, professional, and most efficient. They came on time and set to work. No time was wasted; they set to and got the job done. All arrangements with the main office were courteous and most eager to please. They did a great job an we were delighted.

The young men that came to my house were very pleasant and efficient. They were there to clean the dryer vent, but when I told them about my clogged gutter they took time to climb up on the 2nd story roof and remove some old tennis balls that were caused the gutters to back up. They were very kind to take the time to do this and for me.

all fine; they came while I was out, left a message about what follow up was needed.

The technicians showed on time and were very careful when on top of the roof and performing the cleaning of the gutters.
