Chesapeake has been cleaning my gutters twice a year for a number of years. They always (weather permitting) come within the time frame given (week requested, and time of day). We have a very wooded lot (many leaves), as well as solar panels which makes this work a little more challenging. The crew that comes not only cleans the gutters, but does a very thorough job of cleaning the debris that falls on the deck/driveway... Highly recommend. FYI - the cost is higher due to having solar panels

My experience with this company was so terrible that have to share my story, and try to help others from falling victim like myself. This company is unprofessional and does not care about their clients needs. I'm baffled that a so called professional gutter cleaning company has no idea how to clean my patio awning gutter. I asked for my house and patio awning gutters to be cleaned. Without coming out to do an estimate, I was given a quote of $139. When the guys came to do the job, they said the patio awning gutters cannot be cleaned and their boss would give me a call. I did not receive a call about the status, instead I received an invoice for the full amount. A good company should not send out an invoice to the client without reaching out to them first to explain what happened at the job. I had to call myself and ask. I spoke to Gus and he told me that the patio awning gutter was sealed and they have no way to clean it. Even if they could get to it, it would have costed more money. A professional company would have told me exactly how they could help me solve my problem, not tell me what they could've done if this and that. When I challenge him about the company's professionalism, he said it was my fault that I did not tell them the gutter was sealed. He goes on to say that he is not the homeowner and I should know my house better. All I could do is shake my head at that statement. First of all, if the gutter was totally sealed why do I see leaves in it from the ground level. Second, a professional company should have assessed the gutters and properly recommended the path forward before giving a quote to the client. There was no fine print when I received the quote, so I expect they will be able to get my gutters cleaned. Gus goes on to tell me that they clean a thousand house a year, and they cannot anticipate all the questions to ask about the gutters to know what they can and cannot do. So, I should've described the gutter design to them. Well let me say, it's also not the client's responsibility to ask a professional company what they can and cannot do. If I knew how to do his job, he would not have a job. If I knew everything about my gutter, I would've cleaned it myself and not hire him. If a company cleans so many houses a year, how do they not know how to clean mine? Shouldn't a professional gutter cleaning company have special techniques to clean hard to get to places? Instead, all I was told is my awning gutter is unique and they cannot clean it. A professional company that cares about their clients does not come to a job and only pick the easy parts to do. I still paid the $139, but their services was not worth that price. For the little amount that they did, they didn't even do a good job. I think of this experience as a lesson learned. Do not hire a company that does not assess the job beforehand. I would NOT use this company again and would NOT recommend to anyone. To let everyone know that my patio awning gutter was not as unique and sealed as Gus claims, I was able to find a company to clean it. It was not a quick 15-minute task, but that company spent the time to do it properly.

Excellent Job! The two technicians were pleasant and courteous and got the job done quickly. I was very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again for some future work. I especially appreciated having the option to pay the technicians directly or pay off the invoice within 30 days.

Everyone was great - to the young lady answering the phone to scheduling my appointment. The end result was a super clean exterior - siding, window sills and frames, and gutters. I thought I was told I would receive a call or email with a timeframe for their arrival the day before my appointment. When I didn't, I called the office at 4 pm to confirm my appointment and to get the window of time for their arrival. I did receive an email the evening before (which was great!) with information for the next day, but no time was mentioned so I confirmed the time and asked them to call me if it changes. The two workman arrived at the tail end of the timeframe, but were on time and courteous. I would have given all 5's, but a few things bothered me. This was the first time I power washed my home so I wasn't sure what to expect. Others told me they put cleaning chemicals in the water to clean the siding. I was a bit surprised when I smelled A LOT of bleach. I was inside and it smelled strong even being inside. Before they started power washing I asked the gentleman if I should remove the items on my front porch (Halloween decorations, a wooden sign my son made me and a large mum). I was told no that it would be fine. I had no idea they would be spraying my front door and storm door with bleach! The handmade wooden sign that was stained and painted, now totally bleached out and the stain removed from the bleach. I watered my mum the next day and all I could smell was bleach coming from the mum. I will be surprised if it survives. I also went outside to speak with them after the back of the house was complete, and the water/bleach was dripping from the gutters - I thought it only got in my hair, but sadly it got on my nice cardigan and now it's ruined. Overall they did a great job getting the stains and moss off of my house and gutters (for some reason they didn't spray my brick chimney, not sure why). I will definitely use them again and I will be prepared next time with the extensive use of bleach. Plus I will make sure everything is off my porch- or maybe ask them not to spray the porch or front door. I really wish they would have told me to remove the items off my porch when I asked them...maybe it was a miscommunication since English is their second language.

I got a very prompt response when I requested a quote, scheduling was quick, and they were able to accommodate my schedule as I needed to be home to give them access to the backyard for the back of my townhouse. They arrived within the stated time window, quickly and thoroughly did the job. Being able to receive an invoice via email and pay online with a credit card made the process even easier.

I hired this company because of the positive reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. This company responded quickly to my questions and scheduled my appointment via email. I must have hit at a busy time since I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the next opening; this was not a problem for me. The job was completed quickly and a bill was emailed to me afterwards. A list of potential repairs and future service recommendations was left which was very helpful. I also received an email a few weeks afterwards asking for feedback and making sure I am satisfied with the service provided. I would hire them again.

Fair price, excellent job of cleaning up leaves, weed whacking, removing debris, cleaning lake path, and cleaning around dock. Did everything we agreed on. Very professional. Will hire next Spring again.

The pressure washing made a huge difference in the appearance of the siding, patio and shed. All dirt and stains were removed - and the shed looks brand new! The workmen were professional and easy to work with.

We had our gutters cleaned and thought they did such a great job, we asked them to come back and powerwash our house. The crews were polite, worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and did a great job. My neighbor was so impressed, he asked me for their card.

Gus from Chespeake Property Services was great. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate, provided a detailed explanation of what we could expect in terms of when his crew would come to our house, what his crew would do, and otherwise was clear and answered all of our questions. Once we accepted the offer, his crew delivered and showed up exactly in the time frame that Gus explained to us and otherwise took care of our gutters entirely. We definitely appreciate this kind of professionalism and service.

Our gutters appear to have been cleaned but I guess during the next rainstorm we'll know for sure. A previous company we used took photos of the cleaned out gutters to prove that the leaves and debris had been removed, but not this company. So that would have been nice to see. But Chesapeake Property Services did clean up after themselves which was nice. There was one small gutter that they seemed to have missed so I guess I'll have to take care of that one myself.

This wasn't my first time getting my gutters cleaned by Chesapeake Services so as usual, it went well. No issues and they also didn't recommend any unnecessary repairs/replacement recommendations. Pressure washing was excellent as they removed some very tough mildewed spots in some tough spots. They had to reschedule the original date due to the weather but the reschedule was handled seamlessly! I would definitely use Chesapeake Services again!

BGE Home contracted out to Chesapeake Property Services. Jo and Nate were great! The service provided was excellent and they respected my home and wishes. They were punctual and accurate in the time estimate they provided for the service. They assisted with moving furniture when it was necessary, insisting they do it. Top notch job! The service was a little more expensive than other quotes received but it was worth it for the ease and delivery (Roto brush service). AND- they did it on a Saturday!

Went really well. Gus is very responsive, even over email. His guys showed up on time and did a great job. Our gutters were nasty so we feel the price was excellent. They repaired our downspout as well. Would definitely hire again.

They did the job well. They were quite a bit later than expected. I know things come up. Afterwards they send you an email with what they did and then recommendations. I did find a couple offers elsewhere for a cheaper price right after I purchased this item
