Scheduling was convenient and service completed while we were not at home. Gus concisely responded to several questions via email and phone in advance. A written checklist of service and recommendations was left in the door. Efficient professional service!

CHECK YOUR GUTTERS TO SEE IF THEY ARE REALLY CLEANED AND NOT A HALF DONE JOB. Upon checking the gutters of our town house we could tell they were not totally cleaned out. There was still gunk, dried leaves, standing water. I emailed Gus about this and asked him to come finish the job or refund my money. He called me and said he could not send someone out until next Tuesday or Thursday. The job was scheduled for the week of July 13th and we were done on a Friday. Having to wait for this to be done on the 21st or 23rd is too long. He spent 2O minutes on the phone telling me there was nothing he could do to get us in his "Que" quicker. I then said that I want my funds back for the incomplete job. He kept mentioning me sending him pictures, which I did, and we would go from there. There is no go from there. He was contracted to do a job, sends out crews, has no oversight on these crews, and we just happen to be customers who can easily see the job is not done. Gus said he would not take money from UN happy clients so I expect my check, which he said he didn't even have yet even though its been 24hrs, in the mail this week so I can hire someone who does a good job. They were very professional. We were not home when the work was performed but everything was put back in its place and it looked really clean.

They did a good job. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because the house was big. It was $249. He was on time. The price was reasonable.

I was contacted the day after purchasing my deal and I worked with Gus to get on their busy schedule. Gus told me it may take up to 10 business days for them to get my house on the schedule. It took the full 10 days indeed; but, with rain nearly every day in June most providers for outdoor services were backed up several days. The team came out and did the job well for the most part. There were a couple of spots on the gutters where the screens were not reset properly, so I gave Gus a call. He was approachable and apologetic, and he offered to send his team back in a few days to double check the gutter screens. The team came out, reset all the gutter screens and completed the job to my satisfaction. Gus is an excellent communicator either via e-mail or on the phone. I will be happy to deal with this provider again.

The gutters were cleaned on the day that the scheduled. I received an overall evaluation on the gutters after they were finished.

Crew did an excellent job. I would use this company again. The only negative comment I would make is that they used a strong concentration of bleach in the powerwash solution, which was good for the siding. However, a flower bed that was near the house suffered from the bleach and the flowers died. If we'd known beforehand that they would be using such a strong bleach concentration, we would have covered the flowers.

Prepaid for the service from Angie's List and was charged an additional $60 because my house has a walk-out basement. They scheduled the service 3 weeks out from the time of initial contact. They completed the service and cleaned up afterwards. They also left a checklist with notes for any issues that you may have with your gutters or minor repairs completed with the service. Would recommend them for gutter cleaning services.

It was okay. Actually no, they came out and looked and it actually ended up being a little more for my house. I remember that I would have liked to have known that prior. He came out and it ended up being a hundred dollars more so I didn't like that. I felt like I was trapped into kind of having him do it because they were already out there.

It was pretty good. They came but they were pretty busy so it took them a while to come out. But they were on time, they were efficient and good. They give you a sheet letting you know how dirty your gutters were. It probably took them three weeks to get out here after I purchased the deal.

They could've improved their time frame for services.

Emailed me after 6 the night before to say they were coming the next day. Had to ask for the actual window. They came early which was inconvenient for me. Charged me extra because of the type of roof on the house I rent. Did not do a good job cleaning up. I had to clean off all my deck furniture. I would not use them again.

Communicated over the phone, paid through Angie's List. Set a date and a time. I was told that they were a bit behind overall. I had my husband take off from work to stay and be available during the set time frame. Workers didn't show at that exact time... but, also didn't appear to need to speak with my husband. The crew came, did the job and would have left if he hadn't asked them a question or two.

Purchased gutter cleaning service from Chesapeake Property Services on a special offer. They came out when scheduled and did a great job cleaning and tightening the gutters. They cleaned up and removed all debris and left me a full report on what they had done and recommendations for further service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Came home , gutters were clean and so was the area around my house. They responded immediately to my request, very friendly and very professional.

It went very well once we agreed on price. It was $30 more than the big deal price. The gutter cleaning said that it was for a two story house. But due to elevation, the back of my house is actually three stories off the ground. However, the front is only one story off the ground. There was an issue where they tried to charge me $200 and I refused to pay it. Then we settled on $30. They came out and did a great job but the pricing issue was above them. They came out within a week of my purchasing the deal. My gutters are relatively new. A different company had installed the gutters. Apparently the connection between the gutter and the downspouts had not been screwed down and had not been caulked. So they let me know about those things and took photographs. I was able to take it back to the other provider. They came and fixed it free of charge. The people who came out were great. The people who came out were punctual and professional. I thought the service was great. I've had my gutters cleaned many times and I've never had someone do an assessment and look at it and say, "Here are some things that would be helpful." So I found that to be very helpful. He called me back the same day that I bought the deal online.

The service went well. The workers arrived on time, cleaned the gutters. They were efficient.

Couldn't be happier! Scheduling was easy. The pair of workers arrived on time. The work was performed professionally, and every step was completely explained. My 13+ year old dryer now works like new. Loads of towels were taking 3 cycles. Now they dry in 1 cycle. If your dryer isn't as efficient as you think it should be, I highly recommend this provider and this service.

There was initially some miscommunication, partly since I didn't read the fine print about the reduced rate for gutter cleaning not applying to gutters with screens. Our house has one gutter with a screen, and another two without. The crew first came on June 11 and cleaned the screened gutter, and due to some misunderstanding, not the other two gutters. I contacted Gus, and after clearing up the confusion, the crew returned on June 18 and cleaned all the gutters and at no extra charge. So the entire job was done for the reduced rate of $119, even with the return visit. We are also impressed with how well they cleaned up the leaves and debris dislodged from the gutters. So in spite of a bit of a hassle, due mostly to my oversight, we are very happy with the work Chesapeake has done and would recommend them highly.

No one was home when the service was performed but they left a note detailing suggested maintenance/improvements to our gutter system. In the near future we would like to replace our gutter system and we will definitely consider using Chesapeake Property Services for that replacement.

Gus, of Chesapeake Property Services (CPS), was very responsive to our needs; as, indeed, the men who cleaned our gutters. We made our appointment with Gus who, the day before the appointed date, e-mailed us to verify that the CPS team would be here the next day. We called to get a "window" for their service, i.e., when they would arrive. It was not required for us to be home for CPS, but we were. Two men arrived at the appointed time and immediately went to work. We've had our gutters cleaned before, but were fascinated to see that they first used a leaf blower to get empty out the gutters. They used a hose to finish the job. Debris was cleaned up. The team was friendly and efficient. They offer many services, including powerwashing/sealing; gutter, carpet, air duct, and window cleaning, and roof washing. We recommend Chesapeake Property Services, and will use them again.

Excellent communication to schedule a time to complete the work. I did not have to be home for the work to be done. Was notified two days before the work was to be completed. The only evidence that the work was done was the checklist of the condition of the gutters and recommendations to future work. No mess. They followed up with me by email to see if I had any questions or concerns about the work I will do business with them again.
