Where do I even start this review? To say that the service is exceptional would be an understatement! Gus and his crew are absolutely phenomenal. Clearly, they take pride in this company and their work product. I am an extremely picky person who wants things done correctly the first time. My house was quite dirty and had not been power washed in several years. I couldn't even tell you what the gutters looked like? Thank God I didn't have to look at those! The long and short of it was I came home and was overly surprised with what a WONDERFUL job was done. Gus answered the phone on my initial inquiry call and walked me through the process. I received the email confirmation as stated, I was able to make my payment online beforehand and everything went quite smoothly. I would highly recommend this provider over any other one. Honestly folks, I wholeheartedly trust the reviews of the providers on Angie's list and this one is no exception. They did a great job and it was all off of recommendations of other people's experiences. I thought that his company was great!! When I am in need again for these services - hopefully I won't wait this long next time, I will definitely call Gus and his crew. Thanks Gus!!

Went very well. They also provided a report on the state of the roof, and some repairs that had to be made to the gutters. We had the gutter repairs performed by them a couple of weeks later.

They did it when I was at work. Haven't noticed any issues.

It was great. They were very professional and quick. Showed up on time.

They sent me an email to let me know which week they could come out to complete the work and then they followed up with another email the day before the scheduled service. The work was completed as promised.

They did a great job cleaning all of the gutters. They are all nice and clean now and water isn't spilling over the gutter anymore during a heavy rain.

When I saw the price on there and maybe it's my own failure to understand what they had written in there and I called back and they said there was no way they could do it for that price because of the way the roof was pitched. But they did go up there and do exactly what they said they were going to do and they got it all cleaned up, they didn't leave a big mess so I can't complain about what they did.

Went very well but the fact that it was a two story house with a walkout basement in the back they charged an additional $50 because the back of the house was technically 3 stories above the ground, even though they did the work from on top of the roof which they accessed from the front. I guess the additional charge was for added risk because of increased height. Needed the gutters cleaned due to heavy rain and and spillover from clogged gutters since the house being prepared for sale. Opted not to do the additional work since we were in the midst of addressing a more pressing cracked chimney problem costing over $9K to repair by another contractor.

I was not home, but arrived when they said they would. Gutters were full of leaves, debris from a tree trimming and months of dirt., and debris. Know they did a good job because during next rain there wa no overflow and pounfing if rain against my windows and siding as in the past. Left me a report on condition and advice on how often to cream gutters

The provider was not interested in performing the service after using Google Maps to view our home. Refund promptly processed.

I did use there services and they did a good job. They did charge us extra for cleaning a sun light and we were aware of that before they came out.

Provider showed up on time, performed service on gutters and downspouts, and provided both written and oral reports on the results. They found no other problems. They were quick and professional, and left things as they found them. Overall I am very satisfied. Only downside: they were pretty booked and it took several weeks for them to come out to service my gutters. Gus (the proprietor) did tell me this when I first contacted them, and he was right on with his estimate of how long it would be before they could get to me.

Went very smooth from first contact to service. Dealt with Gus the whole time. They were able to give me an immediate estimate over the phone by having a satellite view of my home. Did my entire third story home and detached garage for $225. Some minor repairs were also performed. The company told me replacement was not needed which I was thankful for the honesty. Could tell gutters cleaned but no debris left behind.

The crew arrived just before a rain storm and they waited around for it to pass. I expected they would suggest a resechedule but instead they waited. Once the job started they wasted no time getting it accomplished. They did a nice job and we would call them again.

The gutters hadn't been cleaned in years and I even had a plant growing out of them!. The Chesapeake crew were very energetic and polite. They completed the job very quickly. I am grateful because I am quick afraid of ladders these days. Would definitely recommend them

All went very well. The team arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and proceeded to clean out the gutters, clean off the roof, and rinse out the gutters. They cleaned up all debris before they left.

Work was done professionally at the advertised cost.

Overall they did okay however, I was a little disappointed as after I purchased the coupon I was told that because I had screens on my gutters there was an additional fee. I would have had that as an option during the purchase of the coupon.

These guys were awesome. I had three different companies come out, and these were the only guys who could clean my back gutters, because I have a metal porch awning, and the yard slopes downward on the sides, making side access impossible. They removed the twisted and gunky gutter screens and although my roof is old and slippery, they scrambled up there and scrubbed my gutters completely clean. Afterward, they cleaned up everything in the yard, and you'd never know they were there.

We did not get the opportunity to clean our gutters during springtime and the second story ones were not draining properly at all. We scheduled an appointment on the 6 July. However, the 6 of July was rainy so they came on 10 July instead. The crew came in and immediately started to work and after they finished they provided me with a checklist of all they work they did and some recommendations on the frequency that my gutters should be maintained and cleaned. Overall they did a good job.
