They sent me a reminder in the early falls re scheduling gutter cleaning and we agreed on a December date. They arrived as promised, cleaned all the gutters thoroughly, bagged their trash, and left me a report of the gutters' condition. Couldn't have been more pleasant.

Take a few phone calls to make schedule work, punctual, did a good job. But after a half year, we found out they did not clean the gutter above garage, since black streak mark started to show up.

The Contractor came on time and gave me a call ahead. The work was done in a very efficient and professional manner. The Contractor has also pointed out to an area where repairs are needed. This is my second time using Chesapeake Property Services and I will use them in the future.

It went great. I am using them again this fall.

It went okay not as well as the other two. They send out a team. The person on the phone was I think one of the owners. He was great. They told me some additional service that I needed and I wouldn't have to purchase that one to. They did an okay job but it seem like the people that they weren't as knowledgeable as the people on the phone. My gutter really needed to be slanted just a little bit in the land. They were two level. They weren't really let the water run down as well as they should have. They really should have fixed that but they did additional hangers for me. I needed some hangers replaced and they did that work but then the gutter ends up not at the proper slant. It was a lot of money to have it not perfect. I will not use them again in the future. There are so many others who can do it right.

When they called me they told me they would be out on the week of the 20th of August. I knew I was going to be out of town when they came and he told me that I did not have to be home when they came to do the services, but he said he would call when they are about 20 minutes out. I had my neighbors on alert that day they would be coming out if they see strange people at my house. They did not call and tell me they were coming. When I came home, I saw that they had been there. When you shoot the water down the gutters, whatever is blocking it like leaves or dirt, I saw that when they shot out the gutter, the spout was still in the place that it landed. I didn't know they were coming because my neighbors said they didn't see them. I know they were here because I saw that. I guess I would have been appreciative if they had called and let me know that they were on their way like they said they were. I am a single female so I have people in the neighborhood that look out for me. When I am going to have work on the house, they want to know about it so they can make sure that what I'm expecting to be done is going to be done. No one saw them here but I know they were here because I saw the debris on the grass. I am assuming they did everything they had to do. I didn't see anything in the front but I did see it at the back which doesn't mean that they didn't do it. If I had known they were coming, I would have had people to make sure it was done because if I was here, I would have been out here when they did the front and the back. The only problem I had was that they didn't notify me like they said they were going to be here. They responded in a timely manner. They told me the next available date they had which was the week of and I told them that was fine. They came when I went out of town. I wish they had called me to tell me they were on their way but they didn't. I do know they were here because I saw the debris on the grass. They didn't say they were coming on a specific day, but they did say the week of which was what they did. The conversations I had with them were very professional. I just wish they had called when they said they were going to.

It went great. Two guys came out to do the initial cleaning and they provided reasonable list of additional work, followed by an equally reasonable quote. They came back promptly to repair remaining issues. There were two changes I wanted to have made to the work that was done. Gus sent guys out right away to make the changes. Loved the changes that were made and was pleasantly surprised when I wasn't charged for the additional work. Thank you! I highly recommend for anyone looking to have their gutters cleaned, repaired or replaced. Awesome work!

They did a great job and showed up when they said they were going to. They were polite and professional. They are very responsive and explained everything well.

We purchased a gutter cleaning package from Angie's List for $119. The package indicated "your entire home, no matter the square footage, for only $119". Well needless to say, the services ended up costing 2.5 times that amount. The gentleman i spoke to on the phone indicated that hip roofs cost additional. Apparently the package from Angie's list was slightly misleading. The additional fee ($185 on top of the $119 we paid for the Angie's List package) was supposedly even discounted more than it should have been. I do believe we were slightly taken advantage of in terms in cost. Regarding the workmanship. The workers arrived during their indicated window and it took less than hour to complete the job. Work was done satisfactorily. No complaints in terms of service. I would be cautious of purchasing a package from Angie's List for this service provider. You will mostly likely be paying a significant amount more than anticipated.

The service was good. Everything was fine until I called to inquire why the price was higher than the special advertised on Angie's list. I was satisfied with his explanation, but the manager seemed irritated that I asked. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Tried to reschedule, but emails and voice mail went unreturned until after service. Therefore came at a time inconvenient for us. Gutters got cleaned, but gunk from cleaning wound up all over house. Had to hose down house and patio afterward. Tacked on extra charge as much as original charge for extra lineal feet and pitched roofs.

Provider worked with me to schedule the job. Work went fine. Crew cleaned up after themselves.

The job was performed expeditiously while I was at work. I was pleased to return home to a sparkling clean exterior and no leftover mess to clean up. They cleaned not only the exterior doors, but also the garage. It is now almost November and my siding and the entire exterior of my home remains clean. I am delighted with the results and plan to hire them again for some more work I need done on my house.

Our service time was scheduled for between noon and 3:00, and the workers arrived at 4:20. They were polite and professional, and respectful of our home. Initially, everything went well, and they cleaned the dryer areas and the vent tubing, and found a bird's nest in the outside vent. Unfortunately, they then brought a gas-powered leaf blower in the house and proceeded to use it to blow lint out of the vent. The exhaust fumes caused the carbon monoxide detector to go off, and we had to open up the windows and doors to clear the air. So, bottom line: the workers did a thorough job and left the area clean, but we felt they showed a lack of judgment using a gas-powered blower indoors.

Contractor arrived on time, did an excellent job with the cleaning and removed all their waste/mess. Would highly recommend for home services.

They were okay. It took a long time for them to come, probably about five or six weeks. I had an additional 10 feet stretch of gutter that they charged me $25.00 extra for.

Chesapeake Property Services had previously cleaned my gutters, made a small repair to a gutter, and added a gutter guard to the front of my house where leaves tend to accumulate. They always do a fine job at a fair price, and Gus is extremely good at communicating with customers. This time I had them pressure wash my very moldy, mildewy, dirty siding, and WOW what a job they did! The house is sparkling clean all over without a trace of mold or mildew. The crew showed up right on time and completed the job in about an hour and a half, which is fast. There was no damage to my shrubs or lawn. I am pleased and more than satisfied with the excellent service. The price was also very good. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Working with Gus from Chesapeake Property Services was a breeze. Gus was able to provide a detailed estimate over the phone, complete with accurate measurements using a satellite photo. The price was slightly higher then my first estimate, and Gus was quick to match the competitor price. A crew came out less than a week later to verify the measurements, and a few days later the installation occurred. The team came while I was at work, upon arriving home I found my brand new gutters, and an extremely clean work area. I will definitely use this company in the future!

Obviously I could not "check" the quality of work--only the next year of rain and snow will tell but the gentlemen who did the work were friendly and professional in the way they conducted themselves. Also, they provided a feedback sheet on what they found during their work. I would definitely use them again.

I thought they did a fairly good job. There was one gutter that didn't get really cleaned all that great. I don't think we paid anything extra.

Everything turned out well with them. It was a pretty good service, it seemed to go well.
