Crew did a fantastic job power washing our house. They showed up on time and did a very professional and thorough job. Gus was very prompt at giving me pricing and timing information by e-mail. This is the second time we have used this company and have been very satisfied both times (gutter cleaning last year). would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Very well. I appreciate their responsiveness and they are punctual. I also like the way Gus stays in touch via email and that they offer online billing. It makes it very easy to do this without a lot of phone calls and paper mailing back and forth. The men did a good job and worked quickly, they also showed up a littler earlier than expected, which was great. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to others.

Gutters had not been touched for years. They were extremely dirty and clogged with extensive areas of overflow. The workers reached down into the downspouts and had to manually remove years of leaf debris. The gutters were then flushed and areas needing repair were noted and shown to us. Gus, flowed up a week later with a price for he repair for when we are ready to proceed. we use Chesapeake for many services including at our own home. Very professional and easy to work with!

Service was easy to schedule. The team was responsive. Our dryer vents to the roof so the team needed a longer ladder than the one that they had with them to perform the services. They returned the next day and it was quickly taken care of our dryer vent issues.

I have used there services for gutter cleaning- today they power washed my house and back deck- I t looks amazing- they have always been professional and prompt with no hidden fees.

Not completely sure how it went. This company was very professional over the phone. I purchased a specific deal for cleaning and unlimited linear ft however when they found out my home was not ground level they charged me an additional $100. As far as how well they cleaned the gutters I cannot specifically say if they have done a good job or not. What I can say is the the gutter tops I can see do not look any different from when they supposedly cleaned the gutters. Don't get me wrong there are no leaves or other items clogging the gutters however for the gutter tops I can see still looked stained and dirty. Next time I will be sure to be home when getting my gutters cleaned, they may well have done more and my expectations may be too high.

They cleaner our gutters, and I was satisfied with that work. During that work, they notified me about some places in the gutters that needed to be repaired provided me an estimate for that work. I asked another company to inspect our gutters and provide an estimate for the repair job. The other company's estimate come significantly lower, so we ended up using that different company for repairing the gutters.

Job done quickly and well, no complaints.

This is a company that has their act completely together! Gus worked with me on pricing and scheduling. I received email reminders and a window for them to arrive. They even emailed the invoice giving me multiple ways to pay! The crew arrived timely and did a very thorough job! In fact, they also rinsed my porches and washed my skylights when they saw some mildew on the edges, with no extra charges. The crew walked around the house with me to review the work. It was so nice to see that they also took pride in the work they had done! And they deserved to! What a pleasure to work with a company that clearly has customer service as a core value that is carried through every single person I dealt with. I will use them for everything they offer that I could possibly need!

I originally scheduled the gutter cleaning for late March and had to change (bring it forward) and Gus called and managed to arrange the earlier schedule at short notice. They arrived per plan. He based his quote on viewing the house online via google maps. Quote was a bit higher than other contractor that I had used in the past but I wanted to change contractors and was looking for someone who performed quality work and was insured. Used Angie's list and determined that Chesapeake services was the best fit in this area. Was pleased with their work.

Arrived on time, ready to work. I had previously requested that foundation plantings be covered with tarp, but unfortunately they were unaware of this prior request. They called Gus, the owner of the Company, who brought the tarps. The process consistedof two washings - one with soap and bleach and the second wash with only water. The results were very good. The entire process took approximately two hours.

I was not there and never climbed on the roof to check. However, the gutters appear to flow fine and there are no leaves or sticks sticking out of them.

It went fine. We had trouble getting them here due to weather. The car was parked on the driveway. They could have asked my husband to move it. They scratched the car because they didn't ask him to move.

Chesapeake did good work. They came out and looked at the original gutter installation and provided a solution to get the job done correctly. They got me on the books within a week and got the work done in a day. Overall good experience. Gus in the office was good to work with.

Because I paid ahead of time via a deal, i did not need to take off work. They emailed me when they were going to do the work, and followed through. My gutters were long overdue for a cleaning. They did a great job. I was looking for a new company to clean my gutters as the last company did not work out. I will ask them to do a quote for pressure washing my house. Definitely would recommend them.

Someone from Angies list called me a couple of months ago and I told them that I wasn't happy with this service. The providers were sloppy and didn't do the downstairs lower level vents-said that it wasn't necessary. They left a mess and messed up my walls in the upstairs hallway, meaning that they left marks on the wall. Unprofessional. I would not use them again. I do NOT want this review out for the public to view, and I told the person that called me that. Thanks.

We had several things that needed done on the outside of the house. The vendor was prompt in responding to the initial request and provided the requested services in a timely manner. Some follow up was needed on the roof which was promptly completed. When outside work is needed in the future, we'll call Chesapeake again.

The team arrived as scheduled and did a very thorough job, including clearing a stubborn blockage in one of the rear 2 story downspouts. They cleaned up very well and provided a check on the condition of the system.
