Very please with how the roof and gutters were cleaned. Crew made sure all sticks and leaves were cleaned up after cleaning the roofs/gutters and flushing out with water. They left my sidewalk and porches cleaner than when they arrived! They noticed a hole in my metal porch roof and offered to provide an estimate to fix it. Very happy with the service and will hire again!

Shortly after purchasing this deal on Angies List, Gus contacted me to make arrangements to perform the service. He was very professional both in email and on the phone. He said he would have to look at his schedule, but would be able to come out within a week and will let me know when the schedule was finalized. Since I didn't need to be at home for the service, this wasn't a problem. Gus contacted me the day before the service was performed to let me know they were coming out. The day of the services. I left for the morning, but before I did I noticed the terrible shape my gutters were in. I live in the woods, and always have clogged gutters. Today it looked especially bad, as I had some weeds / trees that had taken it upon themselves to start growing in my gutters! They were BAD! My security system notified me when the team arrived, and I could watch them as they prepared to tackle my gutters. They went right to work, and even though nobody was around or 'watching' them, the team took time to make sure everything was perfect. After cleaning the gutters, they took the time to clean up and rinse down anything that had gotten dirty. When my wife arrived at home, I immediately got a phone call - "We have no trees in our gutters!" When I arrived at home I took a more detailed look at the work that was done. Not only did they clean out the inside of the gutters, they went above and beyond (in my opinion) and cleaned around the gutters as well. I no longer have spiderwebs in the corner of my house. They also took the time to blow off a small section of the roof that had some leaves built up in the corner. I am more than pleased with the work Gus and his team provided! Would I use them again, or recommend them to friends and family? Absolutely! This was my first purchase with Angies List and I was a bit leary about it. After working with Gus and his team, I can say I'm impressed!! Thanks for the work you guys did, since I live in the woods - you can be sure I will be calling again on your services soon!

Used a coupon to have my gutters cleaned back in July 2015. Was told that I did not need to be home during service since it was prepaid. However, on the day they came out while I was at work, I get a call indicating that there was an additional not-so-insignificant cost (basically doubled the cost) since I have mesh-styled gutter covers that would need to be removed and reinstalled again. I wasn't happy about the amount being charged but understood it was more work for them so I told them to go ahead. All appeared to be well and I believed they did a decent job (though they didn't clean up a lot of the mess they threw down). However, gutters worked as advertised again so I let it go. Fast forward to this year. I noticed my top gutters around the home were overflowing again and pouring over. The gutters around my front porch and garage appeared to be OK and my gutters had previously gone a few years before they got to the point of being clogged so having them clogged again just a few months after being cleaned was surprising. I don't have a ton of trees around my home either. A few days later I had to climb up on my lower roof (garage) to install some window screens when I noticed the gutter covers on the upper gutters (main house) were NOT installed. The gutter cleaners had removed the covers but only reinstalled the covers on the lower roof where it is visible from the ground. Guess they figured I wouldn't notice that they were missing. Well I noticed a year later hence my review. Now I have clogged gutters again and am out some gutter covers that I will have to repurchase and have installed. Never using this company again.

All in all a very good experience. After waiting months for my HVAC provider to have their duct cleaning machine repaired, I finally gave up and bought the $299 special through Angie's List. Other than one small "oops" that marred a newly painted wall, the process was smooth and painless. Chesapeake contacted me right away and scheduled the service. They showed up on time and got right to work. The improvement in air quality is very noticeable. Since having a lot of remodeling done earlier this year, I have fought dust on a daily basis. Today I finally woke up to clean surfaces. My breathing is even improved. The only reason I'm down-grading the professionalism category is because I told them not to try to fit the machine through the space where the wall got scraped. Otherwise I am a truly satisfied customer.

Horrible they asked for $90 just to do the estimate. How did they make it onto your list?

It went great. I had notice when they were coming,which I appreciated. They did a great job. I would use them again.

Quick, friendly service. Left written report to indicate what was done on job. Could tell job well done. Cleaned on friday and rained saturday gutters work better than ever.

The house looked very good. Siding, stucco, walls, exterior steps leading to basement...all super clean. The house even has a bleach like clean smell to it when you are outside. All communications were prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend them for anyone else looking to have a house pressure washed.

Chesapeake sent 2 guys, showed up on time, took proper protocol to cover all of the landscaping near the house, and did a thorough power wash of all the windows and three sides of vinyl siding. We had some green mold/ mildew/ algae and they were able to get it off. Also, the outside of our white gutters had turned gray/ black and they were able to remove most of it off without having to scrub it. Only drawback with the cleaning solution left a "moth-ball" like smell...but it disappeared after a few days. All in all, I would have them come again.

Chesapeake was easy to work with to schedule, and I did not need to be home for the work to be completed. Our gutters needed cleaning badly, as we had recently purchased the home and they were so full there were tiny trees sprouting in them. They did an excellent job cleaning them and also provided a thorough 'report card' of the state of the gutters, letting us know that they were in good condition and they did not recommend any repairs at this time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They showed up - did the job - and left without needing any input from me. Did a good job - cleaned the gutters and downspouts well.

I was given a time window of 3 to 5 pm. The two men showed up at 6.25 pm, obviously tired. They cleaned the gutters ok but clean up was only fair. The moral of the story is to request an early time slot as the company over schedules their men. I am not sure I will use them again.

This is the 3rd year that I have used this company's services to clean out my gutters. When I called to make an appointment, they already had listed in their computer that I was an Angie's List customer, and gave me their Angie's List special rate (without needing a coupon). The work was scheduled for about a week or two away. I was given notice by phone and email of the day that the work would be done. Two courteous workers showed up on the scheduled day. They came in a white van marked with the company logo. They used ladders to get on the roof and thoroughly cleaned out the gutters in about an hour. They used hoses connected to my outside water spigots to check to make sure all the drains were clear. They cleaned up very nicely after their work (and even remembered to clean up in the bottom of the back stairwell). They also did a gutter evaluation and left me with a written statement. One thing I like on their gutter evaluation form is a rating of how dirty my gutters were upon their arrival (on a scale of 1-5) and also a checklist of all the things they checked (loose spikes, etc.). The only minus thing I would say about the experience this year is that the price of the service went up. The last two years I paid $119 for the gutter cleanout. This year, the price was raised to $139. I asked about it and they confirmed that they raised the price this year. Other than the price hike, I was pleased with the service and professionalism.
