They showed up when said they would. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They hauled away all the debris that was taken from the gutters. I will use them again.

There could be more to the job than is described. They wanted to charge me nearly double the cost, so I went with another company that did the job for the original price.

The work was done very timely and professionally. There were some communications problems prior to the appointment. I was told I'd receive a call to confirm the appointment the night before. I received no call. When I made a call that evening to confirm, I had to leave a message and my call wasn't returned. The techs came on the correct day. They came around 8:30 AM, but I believe I was told my appointment was at 10-11 AM (I simply could have had the wrong time written down, but I wasn't ever given a confirmation). Also, part of the furnace system had to be cut in to. They got the toy out that was stuck and patched over the hole well, however, they left behind a jagged metal cutout on the floor. Thankfully I found it before stepping on it. In the end, the work was done well, but worth noting the points above. Being able to get an invoice delivered to my e-mail was awesome, as well as getting a receipt and being able to pay online is really great. Most service companies require paying by check immediately after the work is done, but this place was hassle free and was nice to be able to pay online. Very fair price.

Gus was very responsive and got back to us promptly with answers to all of our questions. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. We will definitely use them again!

Have had Chesapeake Services clean gutters and dryer vents twice in the last 18 months. Gus has been really easy and flexible to work with scheduling and very professional even though we had to change dates on him at the last minute. Gutters and dryer vent working perfectly after their work.

Chesapeake seemed like the best option for what I needed. The workers arrived and were able to clear the vent very quickly (approx. 30 minutes), despite the fact that the vent was probably 25'-30' long. They provided a couple of suggestions on what may help prevent clogs in the future.

The work went extremely well when I talked to Gus at ChesapeakeProperty Services I told him that I would probably need both sides done of replacing the fascia because the coloring probably would be off, but he is ashored me that I only needed to replace the part that had blown in the wind. Once his workers came in and replaced it, Gus was right I didn't need the second piece and I thanked him for his advice.

Gus set me right up for the following Friday, called early this week to see if we could work it in a day earlier. It actually worked better for me doing it a day earlier. Kevin and Sammy showed up and worked really hard and got it all cleaned out. They showed me what my "Fly-by-night" handy man had missed in the dryer vent (birds nest)(wasted that $150.00). Dryer is working fan-dang-tastic now. The HVAC also is now clean as a whistle. It had some dust and pollen. Nowhere near as nasty as it was 8 yrs ago but I do think it's worth having it cleaned out. Job a little over 2 hours. I would hire them again that is for sure.

Amazingly easy and the job was performed very well. Little to no inconvenience. The only way I knew they actually came was that my dog barked once and scared the nanny and that our gutters were cleaned. Super easy and will definitely work with them again.

Fantastic. I was contacted promptly for scheduling. When the appt needed to be rescheduled because of dangerous weather conditions, I was notified with plenty of time and rescheduled without delay. Service was timely and excellent quality. I didn't need to be home. Summary/report of service left at door for me when I got home.

The company (Gus Tsamouras was my contact) was responsive immediately after I purchased their service.. a date was picked and details were reviewed. We had a few emails up until the date of service to confirm again. We did not have to be home for the service, just had to leave a spigot on outside for them. Every email was courteous and answered promptly. They left a note with suggestions for the future of repairs we might consider I can see some of the gutters from the upstairs windows. All spotless! Job very well done Will definitely be using them again next fall!

Both two Angie's List Offers for dryer vent cleaning and gutter cleaning. In both cases Chesapeake Property Services did a good job and I was very satisfied.

The house looks great. They washed off the siding, gutter facade and windows like promised. Works was done at the advertised price and our home isn't the easiest. It looks amazing.
