Description of Work: My $119. gutter cleaning deal turned out to have a $45. surcharge because my roof was too high. The crew was professional and courteous and thorough. I felt as though they did a very thorough cleaning. However, I did have to spend an hour cleaning gutter debris off of one side of our sunroom, which I'm hoping was just an oversight.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed when I called to schedule my gutter cleaning only to learn that in the "fine print" the company used jargon that the average home owner would not be familiar with and therefore my home did not qualify for the Angies List deal and it was going to cost me more than the value amount shown without the deal on Angies List - $195 vs. a value of $160. While there was a $20 discount as an Angies List member, the amount would still be the higher than the value shown on the website. I used this company once before and they did good work cleaning my air ducts, which is why I was willing to go with them again. However, this lack of transparency really bothered me.

We were told the additional charge after buying the coupon but before the service, so I guess it is OK ! |Some debris were left in one of our flower-bed.Overall a good service.

Description of Work: Company performed a standard gutter cleaning / flushing for all gutters on the house. This is the 2nd time I have used them and am very satisfied. My home is a decent size and has a significant length of gutter about 25' high off the ground, so the price may be a bit higher than a standard gutter cleaning job. | |I spoke with Gus over the phone to schedule the service and he was very courteous and professional. He told me the price over the phone and indicated the week for which the cleaners would come out. Gus suggested waiting until that week before setting the exact day as he thought they might be able to get to my home earlier. I was informed via email (as I requested) 24-hours prior to the actual service. I was not home during the gutter cleaning, but the contractor left a receipt and form indicating what was done and the state / condition of the gutters and over-hanging roof. | |As far as I can tell without looking into the gutters myself, the company did a fantastic job - water no longer spills over the top of the gutters (and washing out the soil around my foundation!) every time it rains. Very happy with them. Only regret is I waited nearly a year in between cleaning the gutters!

Description of Work: The crew of two powerwashed my siding and cleaned my gutters. Unlike companies I've used in the past, which left debris all over my deck from the gutters, the area was neat and clean after they left. The siding looks great and the pillars are nice and white again. I am very pleased with the service I received and will use this company again.
