Description of Work: The guys who did the gutter cleaning were great. They told me that I did not have to be present but it so happened that I was. They were professional, thorough and I was pleased with the job. |The initial contact was not so good. I had left a voice mail and it took several tries. The manager told me a day they would come but I would have preferred a better front door initial contact.

Description of Work: They did an OK job, but I was surprised they added an extra $45 to the service because the height of my gutters. I did not expect this charge and was never charged this extra fee by other providers in the past.

Description of Work: They did a good job of cleaning out the gutters and the people that came to do the work were very pleasant. I purchased the package earlier in the month and was surprised that they were booking appointments so far in the future. My gutter was clogged so every time it rained it was eating the ground underneath. I thought we had an appointment for Dec 29th but they called to let me know it was actually January 3rd. The work done was fine but I wasn't all that impressed with the amount of time it took them to get there.

I am happy to hear that the work performed was done well overall. December is a very busy time of year and projects can get easily backed up when you experience the weather delays we had. Per our conversation, your order was placed on our queue to be completed the WEEK of Dec. 29th. To clarify, the project will be completed any day within that week Monday through Saturday. You happen to fall on the last day but still completed within the time frame given. Hopefully, we have the opportunity to service your home again in the future and we can schedule your gutter cleaning earlier in the year so you receive your desired time. I assume the gutter were done well, but I wasn't able to verify that they were. |I did call them back and the price was quoted as $250. I've never paid more than $89 before using them. I have called another company and they are doing them for $79. The $250 is so out of line for my house and my budget. | |
