Everything is fine but I didn't watch them to see what they did. They were polite they were here when they said they would be. My issue is that when I first paid for their services I didn't hear from them for a week so I had to contact Angie's list and then they contacted me. They didn't come out for 2 weeks but he apologized for not getting back to me right away.

I would use this company again in a heart beat. Stephen, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Hire his company, you won't be sorry!

They were good. I liked them. Yes, I will probably use them again next year.

Workers arrived as scheduled and cleaned gutters after showing me part of my problem was gutter was incorrectly installed. I received an complete review of work performed as well as noting any problem areas. Fortunately there were none. I am very satisfied with the service done!

Company came out and did work at my house by mistake. They "cleaned" my gutters when I never contracted them to, a neighbor 5 houses down did. Now I have leaks in my gutters that I have to have another company come out and fix. When I called and asked to get this resolved they told me that there was nothing they would do unless I was willing to pay them. Company did work without permission and damaged my property. Avoid and give your business to someone else.

It went great. They even found a nail that link was getting caught on and removed it.

Went very well. After completion of their contracted work. They recommended a solution to enhance the drainage function of the gutters.

All work was done in a timely manner and they helped us to figure out the issue was not the dryer ventilation but it was the actual dryer that needed to be replaced.

They only cleaned the dryer vent from the outside and not the inside as well and left a mess of dryer lint behind my house

I'm hard to please at times, but this company responded quickly, arrived quickly and did an amazing job. I did my research prior to selecting them and I am beyond happy with the outcome. I was at work when they arrived, which is a plus for not having to take the day off. When I arrived home, I was nervous to see the outcome, but I was beyond happy when I realized that there were no remnants of them even being at my home, except my clean gutters. Everything was very clean (my gutters were really dirty and I'm sure it made an awful mess). This is the type of company that makes you want to use them year after year. I will definitely be using them in the future.

i purchased the $139gutter cleaning deal on Angie's list. I have very basic screens on my gutters, so I expected that I would pay an additional fee for removing that, as I have had my gutters cleaned before. Inital contact was good. I spoke to a woman and she was pleasant. She said the person i needed to talk to was busy and would call me back within a few minutes. He did not call back at all. I called a day later and he seemed almost disbelieving that I was told he'd call me. His attitude (his name was Gus) was very off-putting and somewhat disrespectful. If i had not already paid for the service with the deal, I would NOT have hired them based on the way he spoke to me. A simple, " I'm sorry i didn't get back to you" would have made all the difference. After telling Gus that I needed and wanted to be there when the work was done, he told me I'd get an email with the day they'd come. I was then to call and request a two hour time window. On July 18, I got an email, but it was an invoice for the screen removal upcharge. No time or date confirmation. I called the office, but got no one and left a message. No one returned my call. Later that morning, two men arrived in a Chesapeake Services truck and knocked on the door. They were both very pleasant and courteous. We had a conversation about the gutter's being clogged and they showed me the problem. These two men were very professional. Although our dialogue was in broken English, I believe that they did not think the screens needed to be removed which irked me after paying an up charge for specifically that. They only removed a small section of screen at each downspout to get the collected debris that was clogging the gutter system. Although these two workers were very kind and professional, I had to give lower ratings to the company, as I felt not only that the main contact Gus was rude, but I also felt that the 'deal' price was a gimmick to get me 'in the door'. I will not be using this company again, even though we plan to replace the gutters next year. I will also only purchase deals from Angie's list from companies I already know. II am aware that companies are using deals to get new customers, but unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste.

They came when scheduled and I didn't even have to be home. They called the next day to see if I was happy with the work. I told them I'd have to wait until the next rain to be sure since our gutters overflowed rainwater. Well, the very next storm we were able to check the flow of the gutters. They are now all clear and the rain does not pour over the sides. They were so neat, except for some roof debris from the shingles on my deck, I would have never known they were there.

The technician ran late due to earlier jobs, but kept me informed the entire time. Once he arrived, he finished very quickly and explained everything to me.

The service was completed without me even having to be present. I received the receipt and an evaluation of the gutters and an additional service needed.

They did fine, I would call them again. I thought they missed a spot and they came to prove to they did not.

Well. There was some confusion about when they would arrive, so could use some better communication, but overall satisfied.

Chesapeake Property Services were great to work with. They were able to schedule us and clean our gutters out within a few days of calling them. The work was done quickly and they removed all the debris from the property. I will definitely use them again.

I wasn't home when they did the cleaning, but there was little evidence they had been there, other than clean gutters!

It was something I needed done. I haven't had it done during the seven years I've been at the house. I thought it would help on the time the dryer was drying the cloths because it takes a while, but it didn't; but there was a lot of lint they did get out. One of my FB friends said that is not how you do professional cleaning of the drier vent (using a blower and a electric hand drill with a vent brush and extension). I'm not sure if that is true or not, but it seem to do a good job. Included a dryer vent safety inspection to reduce potential fire hazards, but I don't think they did any safety inspection, or they didn't say anything about it so I guess it was ok.

They arrived on time and were very professional, performed the work as expected. They were very informative and offered suggestions for prevention and protection. We will definitely use in the future!

I purchased a coupon through Angie's list to have my house power washed. Chesapeake called me within the half hour to schedule the appointment. Throughout the process they kept me informed, arrived on time and were responsive to my requests. For example, I asked them to be mindful of my plants and yard ornamentation since previous workers were oblivious. Immediately they said they would cover the plants and take care not to disturb or destroy anything. They were true to their word. I also told them that i had a piece of trim on my house that had come loose in the high wind and to be mindful of that too. Not only where they mindful, they fixed it for me. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. I would definitely hire them again. In fact, I plan to reach out soon to have them clean my gutters. A++
