I appreciated his honesty in explaining what the deal was and he was very cordial during our conversation. In fact, he told me how to get refunded for my purchase...great customer service!!!

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters with a leaf blower. They found a roof tile that had been covering a gutter...hence the problems we have had int he past. He was able to show me the gutters were clean by blowing air down them. The whole service took less than 10 minutes. This is the first time I have ever had gutters cleaned as I am a new house owner. I put N/A for quality only because this service was performed just a few weeks ago...time will tell. I feel they did a quality job. Based on what I have to go by at the time, I would call them again for this service.

Description of Work: I needed pressure washing and wood sealing for my outside deck. Some areas were always in the shade and needed a really good wash. We agreed on a price for deck washing and sealing (380.00). When I found out they were using a water based sealer I said I wanted an oil sealer. After some haggling they just refused to do that for me, even telling me that water based sealer was better. When I insisted, they wanted to charge me an exobitant amount of money per hour to put on an oil based sealer. I understand that you have to paint in on instead of spraying it on and that it would cost more money, but not THAT much more. So, I just went with the pressure wash (250.00) and they did a good job.
