Having read this information, fortunately I already had the "heads up" on this customer. let me set the facts straight: On 2/17,2014 Our estimator met with the homeowners and reviewed they remodeling request. On 2/20/2014 Our estimator sent the customer drawings and spoke to them about the project. On 2/24/2014 The customer had called back and requested the estimator to come back with a contract so they could sign up and get on the schedule. Our estimator went back and presented the contract, with the final price and the customer said they liked everything, but they did not want to sign the contract at that time, as they did not want to put down a deposit. they said they would need to think about it and they would call us back. Our estimator left two voice messages trying to following up with the customers and the customers never responded to our phone call. In all fairness to the customer, the Mrs. had suffered a stroke in the past and was falling asleep during part of the presentation. Please read on down the list of our customers and you will find we are very thorough with all our details and do fantastic work. We received 11 Angie's list Super Service Awards in the past two years. You will also find we are highly rated by all the customers who have chosen us to do their work. Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy report, but as the owner I believe you need all the facts in order to make an informed decision.
