Description of Work: Replaced the entire lining of my chimney (adding a cap) and the connections to my hot water heater and furnace. They scheduled far sooner than any of their competitors, were punctual were punctual and pleasant, explained the work when I checked in, and went out of their way to be careful of my newly installed solar panels.

 + 1 moreIt went very well. The company was easy to deal with and the sweepers seemed very professional. The only gripe is that it was not possible to schedule a specific time of the day beforehand. In the end the sweepers came early in the morning.
Description of Work: Chimney sweep of one wood burning fire place and one wood burning stove. Visual inspection of the chimney from the bottom and from the top. Inspection and small repair to chimney caps.

 + -1 moreThe technicians worked almost all day taking brick off two chimneys and insuring what was left was safe. Re-sealed the chimneys not in use, cemented the tops of the chimneys to make water tight. Ran a new liner (60 ft.) for wood stove. Place a spring loaded damper on the fire place on second floor and added a smoke shield to make the fire place usable.
Description of Work: Removed several courses of brick from deteriorating chimneys, relined one chimney for a wood stove, put a damper on the center chimney, installed a smoke shield on the second floor fire place. Put three fire places on line and workable.
