They were very helpful. We provided our own fabric. He made some suggestions about the fabric. They did a good job and done in a timely manner.

Mr. Yi and his family are very friendly, helpful and timely. They pay attention to detail and ensure that everything is done right. They re-stuffed one of the cushions over a month after we noticed an "odd-bulge" in the front cushion. Mr. Yi also honored the angie's list incentive even after the work had been complete and we had forgotten to give it him at time of payment.

We had a very good experience. The people were very nice and took time to talk to us and show us samples when we visited the show room. This was an investment for us but we thought the price quoted was fair, and they did an excellent job. The chairs and sofa look so good! We are happy that we chose Yi's and would recommend them.

The window treatments are beautiful. The staff helped me pick out appropriate fabrics. They also answered the many questions that I asked them. The installers were fast and efficient, and they did very nice work.

They explained everything and they got materials from somewhere and gave samples. It took a month for me to make a decision but they still brought the stuff for us. They were very prompt, came and fixed it up in five days. They were very good.

The chairs were picked up on time, the quality of the work was outstanding and the chairs were returned a week ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this company (and already have) plus I will use them again in the future if the need arises.

I found Yi's through Angie's List and decided to contact them for an estimate. I have never had furniture re-upholstered so I really didn't know what the process was going to be or what kind of cost I was looking at. I emailed them pictures of the chair I wanted to have redone and they sent me a very basic estimate that outlined the cost of the labor and the materials. I went to the showroom several days later to look at fabrics and find out how much they cost. They told me I could get a discount if I chose a fabric that they already had in the showroom so I looked around and found one that I liked. They gave me a second estimate that totaled around $730. I went ahead and brought the chair in then to ask them to take a look at it... the chair was in terrible condition and the frame needed to be repaired when they looked at it, which added an additional $125. So the final estimate with everything was going to be $850, which included a 5% discount they gave me for being an Angie's list member. I was pretty shocked because I had no idea it could be so expensive. I decided to wait and look around some more at other places. I did, and really I found that there was no significant difference in what the cost was going to be at any other places... so I decided to go with the place that obviously had the best reputation for their work. I brought the chair in on the 6th and they told me it would take 2-2 1/2 weeks. I called a week and a half later and they said I could pick it up at the end of the day. I went in, and the chair looks absolutely fantastic. It is much more solid now that they repaired the frame as well. I'm so glad that I can have this chair for many years to come because it is just a beautiful antique wingback sitting chair that I got from my grandmother. It looks so good! The guys at this family owned business are really friendly and easy to talk to. At no point did I feel rushed into anything or uncomfortable. They know what they are doing and they do a good job.

They are really very good. They are reliable and speedy in the work they do. They have reasonable pricing, that depends on the size of the job. They are excellent!

The overall results are great . Our sofa is comfortable, cushions are great and the material has "updated" the look.

to glue something and then clamp it doesn't take much labor or material time, so the price charged was far beyond reason.

they picked the chairs up and took them back to there shop. I am a very critical person and I am sending other people to them. They do great work.

It is expensive to reupholster wing chairs! The service was exceptional. Pickup and delivery for $100 extra.

They did a very good job and they were very responsive. They did not want to order the fabric because they don't do that but it would have been nice if they could have done that. I had to go and drop the fabric off but I was pleased with their work. As far as responsiveness goes I think they could have been a little bit faster in their responses. It took time to get a response back from them. They were very courteous, very polite and on time when they came to get the sofa as well as to deliver it. Once they got the fabric they did it very quickly. They were a little expensive. Once I talked to them they were very good about it.

They completely redid the chair and it turned out perfectly. They are very nice, fast, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The quality of their work was excellent though they did upholster a couple of our chairs with the wrong material. To be fair, they did not try to weasel out of re-doing the work. They owned the mistake, got replacement material as close to the material we had given them, obtained our consent to go ahead and then re-did the work. They were also unfailingly polite. I would definitely go back b/c their workmanship was very good, their prices were reasonable and they were honest.

Very professional and helpful. Fabric chosen from on site stock. They have a wide variety of fabric available and it was fairly easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was excellent. Cost was higher than I expected before getting estimate but the quality of work justified the price.

It was definitely a positive experience. They helped me choose the materials, with the delivery, and pick up with my old furniture’s. They gave me a time period and got it back in that time period. They were very professional and helpful. They were very nice to work with. I would use them in the future.

They have a wonderful selection of fabrics. I took in some wallpaper that I wanted to work with, and the employee knew exactly what I wanted. He understood what I was trying to do and was very helpful. They also re-built the chairs so now, they are nice and firm. They’re reasonably priced and the chairs look beautiful. They completed the work quickly.

Yi's did an amazing job designing the seating upholstery and pillows. They provided excellent guidnce on which fabrics would be best. The work was completed on time and was flawless. They are excellent and I recommend them without hesitation.

I called YI's. They were able to give me a quote by the looking at the pictures I sent to them. I had to order additional fabric and there was some confusion as I thought that their note on the quote that additional fabric was needed meant that the price included the fabric but it did not so I would definitely clarify the quote. The results were 100% to my satisfaction and everything looks great! They were courteous and professional. The price was I thought a bit expensive but it was worth it as the work was done really well. I had forgotten to give them the discount coupon and they were kind enough to still honor the discount.

My wife liked them a lot. They did a good job.

I took in the cushions, got a price, and 3 days later they were ready, as promised. Apparently little brother had done the estimate and big sister did a double take when she saw how low the price was but she didn't ask me to pay anything other than the agreed on price. The cushions are actually slightly over-filled. I expected it to wear down quickly to the appropriate level of fill but it hasn't. I'm sure I could take them back and have a little removed but it's not worth the trouble.

Yi's picked up our couch at our old home recovered it and delivered it to our new house. They have done work for us in the past and I would recommend them. they are a family run business and seem to take great pride in their work.

They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job and the chairs look great. I plan to use them again to re-upholstered another chair.
