They actually did a fair job in the 2 times I tried them. However, it was his attitude when I pointed out areas that needed more attention. The issue was that several days after, I noticed some areas that weren't done well - tiles in shower still spotted/dirty, front windows had film on them, floor not done well in some areas, cabinets not cleaned well around handles where most the grime is so I called him. He would NOT admit that these areas were not cleaned properly and wasn't very nice about it, he didn't apologize, didn't offer to fix it on the spot, he made it sound like I was nit-picking, he said I need to tell him right away where the problems are (when he comes while I'm working from home and cannot spend time checking his work during MY workday). He blamed the uncleanliness of large areas of the tiles in the shower stall on the TILES when it was clear they simply were still dirty. AND I overheard him say to one of his employees on the first time, "Spray the cleaner on the cloth and rub it on the surface" ---and he's supposed to run a professional cleaning service?

There were a total of four men who took one hour to completely clean the condo. They were very prompt in arriving on time. The owner was kind enough to accommodate me at a time when it best suited me. They were very polite and got right to the job and did not stop until it was completely cleaned. Excellent service.

They are fantastic. The man who runs, Jacob, he goes above and beyond to treat your house like it is his. They use all organic pet and child products. I would highly recommend him.
