Found company on your site and then they emailed me they could not take on new clients and they would contact Angies list to give me a refund, but I am guessing they didn't since the refund did not show up on my credit card statement.

They did it remotely and he cleaned up my computer really good and made sure he got everything. He made sure that the problem was resolved and the job was done. He was very dedicated. It worked out fine and he got rid of a lot of junk. It was a good buy; there is no question. The price was excellent. He stayed on the line until it was done. He got right back to me. He got back to me within an hour. I would use them again.

X3O Emerging Technologies kept me posted while they were doing the work on my computer. Their prices are good. You don't even have to bring the computer, you get a connection from them so they can look at your computer at their store.

Very straight forward process. Tech remoted into my PC and from there on required little interaction from me to download and run scanning software to remove spyware and viruses. Tech provided periodic updates as needed.

This is an excellent company to work with. Michael, the owner, is extremely helpful, patient, and quite interested in pleasing the customer. He and his team worked tirelessly to solve some of our internet issues and wasn't happy until everything was working properly. As a side note, one his team members accidentally broke something in our house. He felt terrible about it, and we were pleasantly surprised when a replacement arrived in the mail soon after. What great customer service. We will use him again for our business as well, and i highly recommend this company to others.

I needed immediate assistance. The X30 people answered the phone promptly at 8:30 am (many other computer repair offices do not open until 9 or 10). I expected to have to bring the computer in and drop it off, but the technician on the phone (Roland) suspected that the problem might be resolved by resetting the battery. He talked me through this process over the phone and maintained perfect patience even after I cut off the call accidentally and had to call back! Everything was resolved in 5 minutes. Although this service normally carries a charge, he waived it. X30 will be my first stop the next time I need computer service.

I have had an excellent experience every time with X3O. Highly recommend them. This is our go-to firm now, which is a great relief after less than satisfactory experiences with other home computer tech assistance companies. I have dealt with a number of X3O staff; they are endlessly patient with my stream of emails and calls detailing my questions and concerns. I usually work with Liam, Shahed, Morne, and Nick. They will let me know when they can conduct activities remotely, which is less expensive than coming on site, but I've had X3O on-site several times and Shahed and Morne were very knowledgable & efficient, professional yet friendly. In particular, I'm always very pleased with the immediate responsiveness and clarity about what is feasible and on what timeline. Cost: of course the cost depends on what service you're having done. I just had the option to enter 1 amount in the box so entered the last bill I paid. In my experience the prices are better than those charged by other "geek" firms with which I've dealt.

Went fine. A few glitches with migrating Outlook files and calendar data were resolved by the company president, who patched in remotely. The on-site technician was very knowledgeable and courteous.

The representative of the firm was excellent. He was a young man who had just graduated from college but he knew a lot about computers. He was diligent and persistent until the problem was solved. He was very punctual and neat in appearance. Additionally, I also asked him he could connect my son?s computer to the router but he was unable to figure it out. He went back and talked to his boss and then called me back after I had made the payment and I thought that was remarkable. It is difficult to find that type of service; he also installed software that I didn?t have in the computer. They are not cheap but I think that they are reliable and I think that if they can?t fix it one way they will find another way.

My computer would not boot; it gave me an error message that was meaningless to me. The company scheduled a technician within 48 hours. She took no time to diagnose the problem. She explained what had occurred and that she would have to take it to the shop, which she did. She called back the same day to tell me that the hard drive had to be replaced and discussed the pros and cons. Since my computer is relatively new she recommended replacement of the hard drive as being both cost effective and a good solution. A new hard drive was ordered, installed, and updated within 3 or 4 days. In addition, the tech, Michelle, helped me learn how to sync my ipod. She made sure I understood everything she was doing and explained everything clearly and simply without making me feel as dumb as I know I am.

Michael Feldman and his staff were absolutely exceptional from start to finish! As a small business owner, it s daunting and intimidating to take on such a large technical upgrade. This is especially true when you are trying to learn new (complex) systems and at the same time minimize any downtime that would disrupt and impact daily business functionality. Michael completely understood our concerns and accommodated our schedule by tirelessly working during non-business hours remotely to resolve a few unexpected software related glitches. His dedication, determination and professionalism truly sets him and his organization apart from other service industry companies we ve worked with. As consumers and small business owners, we ve had our fair share of disappointing experiences, from home repairs to working with vendors. As an example, Michelle Rosner (one of the wonderful staff at X3O) recently created a step-by-step instruction manual completely customized to our need to add new information and users to our server and website. In a nutshell, we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them and have enjoyed sing their praises to other people that we have already referred! We feel fortunate to have found them and wouldn't t even consider using another company for any of our technical needs, large or small!

After my initial contact, I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He began right away to address the problem. The work took two hours to complete.

There were a number of tasks I did not know how to do on my computer, as well as other actions where the computer did not perform as it should. Michelle came to my house as scheduled, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She demystified a number of operations and corrected some software so it operated correctly. At $125/hour it was expensive, I thought, but fair.

They arrived on time to do the services. They were very nice. I would use their services again. They were professional while they worked. They were easy to get along with.

Everything has gone well. My boss' computer is now fixed, as well as the issues with my personal computer. The remote access allows us to work from home computers and be able to get into the office computer's information.
