+ 0 moreI have recommended them to seven neighbors. They could improve on their punctuality and they also probably need to improve the variety of the work. I have not talk to them to do than and they take advice rather well. I have been using them for about 12 to 15 years and I probably would continue using them.
Description of Work: I use World Lawn Service for lawn mowing, shrubbery trimming, and mulching. They come out weekly.

+ -1 moreTheir actual work was great, but they often did not show up when scheduled, and it was impossible ever to reach anyone by phone. We canceled because they kept ignoring our wishes to make sure our dogs were inside before entering the backyard with machinery, and they did not keep gates closed when they left no matter how many times we asked.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. A team of three showed up and worked all day doing the work. They were neat and professional. They were helpful with suggestions. They also recycled all the shrubs at the recycle station. I was very pleased. they left a flier on the door. i called and get several quotes from other lawn services and they provided the most detailed quote. they also had a great price for the work that was done. they were not the cheapest quote, but i am very pleased i went them.
Description of Work: They removed several shrubs, cut down part of a dead tree, mulch, spring clean up, filled holes, mowed, seeded and aerated lawn. Removed all debris.
