Great experience. Owner Seth and his employee tackled our traditional small pane double hung windows which are going on 50 years old and don't always operate smoothly. They also removed and washed the storm windows, and removed and cleaned all the screens. They washed the glass in four storm doors and a pair of French doors. They carefully placed ladders within or around planted areas to reach the second floor. I didn't realize what a big job it would be but we hardly knew they were in the house as they moved efficiently from room to room. The only sign that anyone had been there all day was the clear glass they left behind. We now have a sparkling view of the changing leaves in the garden and the house is newly filled with light. Probably the cleanest the windows have been in more than 30 years.

Windows Only always knocks it out of the park with their spectacular service. They arrive on-time (if they aren't going to be on time they let you know well in advance), they respect everything in the house and take great steps to make sure the house looks just as it did when they walked in -- only with clean windows! It's amazing what a difference clean windows make. We live out of their service area, but used to live in their service area. After we had bought our house they had agreed to come and do the services. Windows Only also provided a roof wash which provided AMAZING results, and cleaned the debris off the gutters. We have gutter guards and they guys cleared any debris off, checked for any troubles that the guards may have been having, and made sure the water was able to flow thru the gutters. If you have never had your roof washed, I highly recommend it. The difference is astounding. I never hesitate to leave a key and run errands while the guys are doing their thing. And as an added bonus, the guys were more than happy to clean up the master bedroom closet mirrors (takes up a whole wall to give you an idea) and the glass in the shower.

I'm preparing for a post wedding brunch at my house and want things to sparkle. Seth and his staff made my windows, interior French doors, glass fronts to my dining room hutch and corner cabinet, separate glass fronted bookcase and glass covered artwork sparkle beautifully. Can't say enough great things about Windows Only LLC. Professional, amazing services, topnotch quality. Would never consider calling anyone else. And they clean gutters. You won't find better quality or service from anyone else.

Excellent service. I had used another company before and they put some of the screens (after they had cleaned them) back on the window backwards. Seth's crew knew what they were doing. They were professional, courteous, thorough - just an overall awesome job. I've since used Windows only 3 more times - I have a big house with lots of windows and typically get the windows cleaned once in the spring and once in the fall, and it makes a huge difference. Seth also repaired a couple of screens that had gotten damaged in storms and he did a great job. We'll keep hiring him!

Seth, the owner, was able to schedule us within a week during a very busy season. He arrived at our home on time and set to work. We have 26 windows, most with mullions that need to be removed for proper cleaning. The windows vary in size and many are very large. He worked quickly and did a thorough job. My husband and I highly recommend Windows Only.

Windows Only is an excellent service provider. Quite simply, my windows have never been cleaner. They use an interesting system of specially filtered water. The result is windows that are cleaner and stay cleaner longer.
