Received low pressure to buy-received very professional service. They helped me calculate how much tile I would need to ensure that I would have extra instead of less tile for the job. They have the BEST selection in the area-many modern styles of tile to choose from.

In November 2014, we decided to replace the linoleum kitchen floor in our house (~100 sq ft) and selected Ferney Leal Handyman Services after receiving a number of estimates from Angie's List members (see recent review). While discussing types of tile and sources with Ferney while he was developing his estimate, he recommended Unique Tile. We visited the showroom and found Cynthia and Winston Kamani, the owners, to be friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. After we described our kitchen, Winston showed us a number of tile styles, colors, and textures as well as samples of grout and we took our choices home to look at in the kitchen. The following week, we returned the samples and made the arrangements - our payment would be made after the holidays, they would pass on to us the 20% contractor discount that they would have given Ferney, and the materials would be ready for pickup by Ferney according to our agreed upon schedule in order to avoid a delivery fee. When we returned in January to make our payment, we uncovered a question about the estimated amount of tile and materials needed for the job. Winston contacted Ferney who stopped by our house the following evening to confirm the measurements. The confirmed measurements were provided to Winston and a revised order and invoice were prepared. Winston took our payment by credit card over the phone. The tile and materials were ready for Ferney's pickup on Jan 27 and he finished the installation on Jan 28. The tile and grout look stunning and we look forward to years of low maintenance service from this floor. We recommend Unique Tile and Marble Center without hesitation.

We looked at several selections before a porcelain tile caught my eyes. It was above my budget but Winston worked with me including Innovative's contractor pricing so I could purchase the tile. Thanks I would be happy to recommend him to others.
