Description of Work: Company repaired roofing in a dormer which was discovered after one of the snow and ice storms. I initially called them because in the profile emergency service was included. While I called several companies, Widmayer was the only one to return my call within 24 hours, and in spite of very unfavorable weather conditions they had a representative at my property within a few hours. The gentlemen worked in the cold, relentlessly, to discover the cause of the leak, and with the help of the office staff additional service was scheduled, and performed as promised. Customer Service was outstanding, would absolutely call them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: This company is not professional in dealing with prospective customers. It took repeated phone calls to finally arrange for an estimate, since the office simply ignored e-mails or telephone messages. After providing a proposal/estimate, the company never responded to questions about it. Dealing with tthis company is a waste of time, and frustrating.
