+ -1 moreWe made an appointment for an estimate so that they would come and clean the following week, but they never showed up. No calls, no messages informing me of their plans to show up or not. Very unprofessional. I don't know how they stay in business with that kind of approach. Horrible.

They were punctual, both for the estimate and the cleaning, and very pleasant to work with; the two ladies who cleaned were professional and thorough - inside and outside cabinets, inside window tracks, all appliances, 3 bathrooms, vacuumed all rugs, washed all wood floors, cleaned fixtures, vacuumed curtains and blinds - my house looked beautiful afterwards and smelled great. And all for an excellent price. I recommend them highly and will have them clean my new house in the future!
Description of Work: I had this cleaning service do a top-to-bottom move-out cleaning of my 3 level house.

+ -1 morethe cleaning touch members did an excellent job. they cleaned my house very professionally. I was expecting a good work since i heard from them from a very close friends. They cleaned every single inch of my house and it didn't smell like chemical, it smell so fresh and the chemicals were safe for animals and children's.
Description of Work: I called the provider and he explained everything to me, what was that they were going to do and we scheduled a appointment for them to come clean my house.

+ -1 moreIt was a amazing well done job, I really like it, fast service and very friendly people, they always have a smile, and they are very active. The Cleaning was excellent and WHAT WAS BETTER MY HOUSE WASN'T SMELLING LIEK CHEMICALS, EVERYTHING SMELL FRESH AND EVERYTHIG THYE USE IS SAFE FOR PETS AND CHILDRENS.
Description of Work: They came and they did a excellent cleaning, they cleaned everything and by everything I say full words. I really like it and from now on they are my cleaning service.
