I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn from Superior Damage Restoration to address a persistent water leak issue in my penthouse duplex unit. The problem was that water was seeping through from under the flooring and down the stairs whenever it rained. Previous contractors had incorrectly suggested that the issue was with the balcony door. Shawn and his team provided a comprehensive explanation of the root cause and took a thorough approach to resolve it. They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. Using thermal devices, they identified that the water was actually coming from the rooftop, down the wall frame studs, and into the floor. Once the true source was identified, they promptly waterproofed the rooftop, and after the next rain, I was relieved to see that no water came through. The team then continued with the flooring work, and Shawn offered an excellent choice of new flooring that perfectly matched the shade of the rest of the unit. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Shawn and his team. They were accommodating, responsive, efficient, and pleasant to have around. I'm looking forward to working with them to waterproof other areas of the rooftop to ensure this issue is fully resolved. SDR did excellent renovation work in our basement. They upgraded a half bathroom to full, changed flooring, moved pipes, improved walls, among other things. They were professional, responsive, timely, and offered fair pricing. I highly recommend their services!

We hired SDR to build a portico onto the front of our brick colonial home. We received a number of quotes and they were the most reasonable so we went with them knowing they're primarily a waterproofing company. The project took a while to complete, mostly due to slow downs on our end, but we were left very satisfied. When we noticed a couple issues with the columns of the portico after the project was completed, they promptly returned to fix the issue. I would say their communication could be improved since some emails went unanswered for a while only to find out they were on vacation or on leave, which is understandable, but otherwise we're very happy with how the project turned out.

We hired SDR to help us out with a water emergency situation after a pipe burst in our attic and water poured from the second floor all the way down to the basement. We had a great service experience with them. They were professional, quick and communicative.

Superior damage restoration was very responsive and organized when I called about my leaking water line that burst and flooded my basement. But the best part of the experience was the skilled technicians they sent out. The technicians were prompt, professional, and really went the extra mile to explain the issues and walk me through exactly what would be the best way to repair the leak, remediate and prevent it from happening again. I did appreciate that they presented several options at different price points, with pros/cons for what to do in my basement. They were super careful about my home, wearing masks and booties and cleaning up carefully as they worked. Efficient, energetic, diligent â  I will definitely choose Superior Damage again. Confusing billing, project ran 15% over what was quoted. Good quality, but for the cost I do not feel it was any value.

Excellent company overall. Great communication, fair pricing, flexible and they do amazing work! They completely reconfigured my master bathroom and closet. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, He hope right in, had everthing completed in a timely manner, also we ran into a few bumps along the way but he came up with some pretty good solutions. We had needed repairs after experiencing water damage from the roof and contacted Superior Damage to complete the necessary repairs--drywall removal/installation, mold remediation, and painting. They also found the source of the leak and repaired that as well. They did a great job! We would not hesitate to use them again.

They arrived promptly to start the project and EACH DAY the arrived at the expected time. They worked the whole day and took just a 30 minute lunch. The workers cleaned up at the end of the day and told us that they would be there the next day. The company worked with us when we made a few changes in the plan. The workers were very skilled and experienced. Our renovation was completed at the time expected. I love our new laundry room, storage area and a new bathroom!

Excellent work. We had a slow leak develop in a pipe above our garage. Eventually soaked through the insulation and the plaster ceiling. Superior Restoration took care of treating the slight mold issue that came about as a result, put in new insualtion, and sealed the ceiling back up. Looks as good as new!

The team was great--they were hardworking, skilled, and the finished work looks amazing. They even volunteered to keep working over the weekend so I could get my A/C back online sooner. Their estimate was fair and very close to what my insurance company assessed for damaged. Overall I'm pleased and would hire them again.
