The following are concerns about the job: 1) Met at Home Depot but refused to pick up storage shed stating I should pay for delivery (Home Depot delivers curb side only and I could not lift storage shed so I expected him to install wooden platform and help lift storage shed to backyard and time the delivery to do so). This did not happen. 2) Started job with a helper and was mean to helper 3) Refused to build a ramp for storage shed 4) Took all day with my supervision to do footers and wooden platform, refused to build ramp 5) While waiting for delivery next AM for storage shed from Home Depot to leave me a voice message stating he was sick (prior to this complained that there were too many steps to assemble storage shed and complained it took too long to do the work) 6) Cancelled job and then came to my other house threatening me for payment when he took materials and left me without finishing job (he came to my house after he received a call from Home Improvement Coordinator who was investigating my complaint). 7) Caused a two month delay as I had to find another contractor to finish work which included picking up the resin storage shed from Home Depot that was stored for extensive times after I paid, assembling the resin storage shed and building a ramp (new contractor had a crew of 4 plus himself). 8) I paid first provider after inspection but subtracted out some as he took materials from the yard.
