+ -1 moreI sold my house using Rob Spicer's services and could not be more pleased. He has a fee structure that is unlike all other real estate agents in the area and it allowed me to save several thousand dollars in the sale of my house. His website lists his services and fee schedule, which is customized to the needs of a client. I chose "Option I" which essentially had a $495 fee and 1% commission. Most other real estate agents were 3 or 4% commission, so this was a significant reduction in price. Rob was extremely professional, has excellent knowledge of the market, and is well-educated on real estate laws, local ordinances, etc. He allowed me to be in charge and yet was involved as much as I needed. I have bought and sold other homes, and felt fortunate to be able to do business with Rob. I highly recommend reviewing his website and considering him for buying or selling property.
Description of Work: Rob is a licensed real estate broker. He listed my house in MLS, provided an appointment service through Centralized Showing (the same service all agents use in the area) provided a for sale sign in the front yard, helped with my questions, brought buyers to look at the house, negotiated the contracted, assisted at closing, and essentially provided the services you find with a full service broker.
