Excellent, Patrica was easy to work with and always answered all my questions. She was prompt in her responses. When we had difficulty with our sale and had to re-stage the house, she worked with us to get it done quickly.

The main rooms (family, dining and formal sitting rooms) were done very well and we were pleased. Communications with Pat were easy and flexible as she is available via text messages and video chats too. She delivered what she promised and was able to use what furniture we had in her vision. We were happy how it came turned out.

I am a full time real estate agent. Pat staged a house in Bethesda that has been on the market for 42 days and was vacant. It is a beautiful home but no one was buying it. We staged it and had a contract in 5 days. Pat is efficient and has great taste. Her staging makes the home very appealing to all ages and is perfectly suited to the rooms.

Overall, things went very well. Pat Ebrahimi was referred by my realtor as the "only" stager for us to consider. She helped with so many ideas for improvement...what to do, where to invest in the renovation project and where to save my money,color selection, carpeting vendor referrals, flooring vendor referrals (who referred me to his painter/handyman, who was great), what items to donate, what items to discard, what items to keep (Pat arranged for charity services to come to my house for free to pick up items we were not going to keep and removed those for donations). Pat, while having strong opinions on what and how to stage (and she is good at it), also was very flexible working with us as home owners on those items. She understands the value and importance of the client working relationship,where to stand firm because it is in everyone's best interest and where to yield to ideas that may work better and that please her customer. She put in a lot of hours of work and the house is now on the market and looks absolutely gorgeous! Our house's final staged appearance reflects the objectives we had when we started with Pat months ago. It is a beautiful home with well placed furniture and accessories that compliment the renovations we did. Her work shows off the space beyond what we hoped for.

I used them about a month and a half ago, in early May. She did not charge me, the listing services on my home paid for the consultation on my behalf. She walked through my house and gave me recommendations around furniture placements and other things to do to get it ready for showing. I was getting ready to put my house on the market. She charges a fee for that kind of consultation but the listing agent paid for it. She spent about an hour with me and walked through the house making recommendations. I implemented some of the changes that she recommended and it helped to open up the space in the dining and living rooms of my house. It was an hour of my time, it was helpful and it made a difference because it made the house appear ready for showing. She talked about other clients in a less than complimentary way. My mom was here with me for the appointment and it made us uncomfortable. It left us to wonder what would she say about us when we were not there. I would probably browse first before using her in the future.

Excellent staging of our condominum, which contributed to selling the first weekend it was shown, very close to listing price. Very easy to work with, great designs, and qualityfurniture and accessories.

It is hard to see how Patricia could have done a better job for us than she did. She is very easy to work with and made valuable suggestions to help us prepare our home for sale after making several visits to the property. Her suggestions for renovations were right on target and on several occasions she saved us money by discouraging changes that would not have a big enough pay off. The house was vacant and her mover was efficient in getting staging furniture, wall hangings, and other decorations delivered and placed under Patricia’s guidance. Real estate brokers who saw her work were quite impressed with the way her staging increased the marketability of the home. From our perspective, the rooms looked much less attractive without furniture after the home was sold and the rental furniture removed. Patricia kept all appointments, arriving on time and ready to work.

Everything turned out ok with this company. One of the issues I had with this experience was that she didn’t stay the full two hours she was supposed to. She left after an hour and a half into the visit. I think her prices were a little on the pricey side. If you are going for a more modern look she may not be the best company to consult with. I was happy with the suggestions that she did make.

Pat called me back the same day I emailed for information, and we scheduled to meet the next day. She was professional and prompt, with good ideas to keep costs down. Within days, the place was minimally furnished with furniture, pictures, mirrors, and accessories. There was a lot of interest and I rented my condo at a good price. I was very happy with this service.
