The service was excellent. They did a fantastic job.

Had to postpone work due to Victor's volunteer out-of-town assistance in a disaster-relieve effort. I was kept informed at all times when work could be completed and was given the opportunity to cancel the contract. When work was completed, it was done in a professional and efficient manner. Victor arrived as scheduled and completed the work within the estimated timeframe. Products used for stain prevention were apparently of the highest quality as the roof has remained essentially stain-free since September 2011. And there were no additional costs/surprises for the contracted work. If needed in the future, I would definitely use this company again.

Victor arrived promptly at 10 am on 1/7/13, the agreed upon time, to give me an estimate to clean my roof and gutters. He agreed to come back on 1/8/14, as soon as any ice on the roof had melted, to do the job. He arrived on time and did the job as agreed. He also put screws into the roof's gutters so they were more secure. As he was cleaning, I was a bit worried that the mess was going to be very difficult to clean up, but my worries were needless. As he had promised, when he left, the deck and patio looked better than they did when he arrived. Based on my experience, I would give Victor my highest recommendation.

Victor (the owner) arrived around 9:00 A.M., the time he said he would be there, and worked straight through, by himself, until the roof was done, about 5:00 P.M. He did a very thorough job. The algae stains are now gone and my roof looks great. I consider his price quite reasonable, considering the size of my roof. Victor is very personable and we enjoyed talking to him after he finished the roof. I highly recommend him and I would use him again.

Victor is VERY courtious and professional. This was a very good experience. We could not be happier with our clean roof! Victor set the schedule and kept it. Plus, he is very knowledgable about roofing. This is a plus with this type of work as we were not sure that the roofing could take a good cleaning. We feel much more comfortable now. I am very pleased with how everything went. Victor was very responsive to my initial request via Angie's List e-mail, and he answered a few follow-up questions. We set up the cleaning for just a few days later. Victor and his (adult) son arrived around 9 AM, and they spent the entire day on the job. They had to take breaks for safety during passing thunder clouds, so they didn't leave until about 8:30 PM. (Victor had told me that it would take all day, but I think it would have been a "normal" day without inclement weather.) Victor did all of the roof work, and his son washed the siding with a water-powered brush (not a power washer). The results are outstanding. My roof and siding look like new. My landscaped plants look like they handled the cleaning agents just fine, as Victor said they would. I would recommend Roof Clean Bright to anyone.

Victor at Clean Bright Roof promptly returned our call to provide an estimate for cleaning our roof. He came out the next day and did a thorough inspection of our roof. We asked him to look at an area that had lost some shingles and we agreed to have him make that repair before cleaning the roof. The repair work was an excellent match and after the cleaning blended very well. Our roof has some very steep pitches and he took the time and effort to do an excellent job of getting the stains out. He also cleaned the gutters as part of the process and did not harm any of the landscape plants. Our house looks years younger. Victor was a pleasure to work with and was very thorough in his work. He treated our property as his own. A real pleasure to work with.

Victor is very professional. He did such a wonderful job on my house, that when my mother decided to start doing work on her house, I called him for an estimate. He came that same day and wrote up thee stimate. We scheduled a day (May 21) for him to come do the work. I called him this morning to reschedule due to the light rain and he said he was already working at my mother's house. He, once again, did a wonderful job. My mother no longer has moss growing on her roof or trees growing in her gutters. I wished I had more family members I could recommend him to.

The work was performed without a hitch. I observed the work Victor and his son performed on my neighbor's roof and was utterly impressed. I called him the next day to get an estimate and set up an appointment. He came the next next morning, right on time and the perfomed the same type of work on the roof and powerwashed the house and patio. The results were like night and day. What I appreciate the most was his punctuality, his professionalism, and his dedication to his craft. What I didn't say was the day he worked on my neighbor's roof, the weather was the absolute worst and he and his son perserved the entire day in that awful downpour of rain. That said more to me about about going the extra mile to get the job done. Our roofs look like new and compared to another neighbor in the same row who recently replaced his roof--the difference is very negligible. I highly recommend Victor and his company for any roof cleaning you might have.

Victor was very professional during the whole process. He gave me an estimate within a day of contacting him. He explained the process he uses thoroughly. He arrived promptly the day of the service and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the service provided.

Victor responded to my call the next morning and was able to come over and give an estimate alittle while later the same day. He was very professional and showed me all his business documents with out being asked. (How often does that happen?) He uses green cleaners and really explaines how and why he needs to do things. He worked really hard for 2 days on my roof and it looks great!! He cleaned up before he left both days. I wish all contractors had his work ethic and politeness.

Victor was amazing; I am so pleased. He cleaned the algae from the roof; it looks new again. My husband, who is a very tough critic, came home and just said, "Wow"! We have a brick house with minimal siding in one area. While on the roof he sprayed the siding as well. He just truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Roof Clean Bright!!

Victor was very punctual both when he arrived for the estimate, and when he came to do the work the next day. He worked incredibly hard all day with no breaks and is very strong and agile working up on a roof. Even though I did not ask, and he did not include a cost in my estimate, he also spray painted all my existing exhaust/vent pipes for free after he finished cleaning the roof. He also got off the metal/rust stains from the old pipes. My roof and pipes look like new after having ugly, dark streaky stains from algae that was eating into the shingles. He is a great service provider.

Victor came to our home within 48 hours of our initial phone call. He is one of the only tradesmen that we have come in contact with that brought all of his credentials - unsolicited - to our first meeting. We decided to negotiate a deal on the spot and work commenced approximately one week later. The job took one full day - approximately 10 hours - (we have a small rambler) and the difference is amazing. Even the realtor who sold us the house commented on how much better it looks. It certainly increases the curb appeal. Victor does the all the work himself. I am so pleased with the result. (The only reason for the lower grade in professionalism is the fact he tried to sell me some of his jewelry designs as I was writing out my check, I thought that was a little odd. But this should not preclude anyone from hiring him for his excellent work.)

Victor came on time and worked continuously to complete the job as proposed. He is very professional and competent. If anyone has the need for the services performed there is no better company/individual than Victor . If anyone is interested in environmentally friendly materials, Victor is the one to go to.

My roof had algae (or fungus) growth (with ugly discoloration on a light-colored roof) in many places for many years. Several previous efforts by a handyman, using various chemicals and a hose, failed to remove the growth for more than a few weeks at a time. Roof Clean Bright cleaned the roof as promised (the entire roof, not just the discolored areas) with specialized equipment and it has remained completely clean of any growth for 5 months so far, through spring and summer. There is a warranty on the work, to remove any growth should it return. Having previously seen how difficult it is to remove this growth, and how much effort it took to remove it successfully, I am very satisfied with the work performed by Roof Clean Bright.
