GREAT. Victor arrived on time, not only cleaned the roof with a non corrosive solution, that was harmless to the vegetation but safe for the roof. He did not use chlorine. Removed all of the green growth that was eating the roof. Sealed flashing that had come loose. Cleaned the gutters. Was very neat. Protected all of the shrubs and flowers. I was very happy not only with his work but with his neatness and courtesy. Will use again

Ugly black stains made our roof look dirty. Upon researching the issue I discovered that the stain was mold and there are several companies that offer roof cleaning services. The search for environmentally friendly method was easy. They came when weather permitted, did an amazing job, the roof and house looked great. They sent before and after pictures. What a fast and economical way to improve the appearance of your house!

Victor Fedoseyev, the owner of Roof Clean Bright, responded to my call with an estimate the next day. He scheduled the work four days ahead. He arrived on time and put in a ten-hour day with only short breaks. The two-step washing and cleaning process, which uses non-toxic and bio-degradable materials, left my almost-20-year-old roof looking like new. The work area was meticulously cleaned. He gives a one-year warranty. I would definitely recommend his service, and would use him again, but I hope that won't be necessary for a long time. Victor is a professional who gives professional service.

We hired this service to remove moss build-up from our roof in preparation for placing the house on the market. After interviewing a few providers, we selected Roof Clean Bright. Candidly, they all pretty much offer the same service at about the same price, but we really liked Victor's friendliness and scheduling flexibility. He arrived on schedule and began work immediately. This guy is a worker! He worked consistently for nearly 9 hours. The roof now looks new! What really impressed us was that not only does the roof look amazing, so do the gutters and siding. He cleaned the roof AND all the debris that came off as part of the process. When we saw "clean-up" in the quote, we thought surely that would mean just a quick hose down and a sweep us. Nope! He basically powerwashed the gutters and siding. He even sprayed off our driveway and patio. We highly recommend this service provider!

Victor is extremely meticulous and a hard worker. He is also easy to communicate with on email and is very prompt in confirming appointments and getting back to the customer. He showed up on time and spent most of the day cleaning the roof and gutters. He spent extra time cleaning a gutter I was most concerned with in the front as well. He used all biodegradeable chemicals and cleaned up beautifully. I have no doubt that this roof cleaning has increased our property value. Victor responded very quickly to my online request for a quote and agreed to an appointment one week later. He showed up on time and performed an inspection of the roof. He found a tile that was partially damaged and took a picture with his cell phone to show me. He informed me that the damage was cosmetic only but offered to replace the tile if I wanted. The tile damage was not visible from the ground so I passed. Since he offered to repair the tile, I asked instead if he could remove two antennas on the roof that were no longer being used. He advised me on the best way to remove these and performed this service for $30 over and above the $495 to perform the roof cleaning. His cleaning work was outstanding. There is absolutely no remnant of the prior staining. Victor is awesome! Communication, price, professionalism, quality and punctuality were all A+++++++++.

He was very thorough on his work. He pretty much took two days to do this, other companies that I hire and what I read from the reviews usually take half a day.

Victor was fantastic! First of all he answered my phone call Labor Day morning and said that he would drive down to Southern Maryland that day by noon to provide an estimate, true to his word, Victor was on time. We discussed the work I needed accomplished on my extremely steep pitched roof and he worked Wednesday and Thursday puttting in 12 - 14 hour days to get my roof cleaned. Very friendly and a great person to have a good conversation with. Everything was spotless when he left.Highly recommend Victor for future work.

The whole process from getting an estimate to scheduling a date and time to have the work performed was easy and fast. Victor Fedoseyev, the owner, came on time on my scheduled date of October 4, 2013, to work on cleaning my roof. Victor is a very nice and hard working person. It took him a whole day to finish, but the results are outstanding. The roof is nicely cleaned, and looks terrific! I contacted this company because my insurance company said I had "too much" moss on my roof. They were going to drop my insurance. Victor was able to provide me with an estimate the same day (after a visit he made on his own to my property) and schedule the appointment to do the work after my approval. On the day of the job, Victor arrived on-time. He introduced himself and was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do. He used professional grade equipment that a regular handy man type wouldn't have access to. The job took most of the day and Victor called me about 20 minutes before it was complete so that I may return to the property and inspect it. Victor took me around the property so that I could inspect it. The roof was spotless and beautiful. Over-all I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.

Victor arrived early, and cleaned roof as expected. It did take all day which he told us it would and cleaned all the moss, algae and debris from roof. Would definitely use his service again!

Victor came by on the weekend to give us an estimate. We chose him because of his apparent knowledge and professionalism and because he gave us a fair price. He showed up at the appointed time and let me know he was here so I could move my car out of the way. He needed a water source for his tools. I showed him where the faucets were. He got right to work. I remembered that I wanted some before pictures. He took my camera to the roof and took pictures of some of the black streaks for me. He was thorough and the process took most of the day. He also cleaned the gutters and hosed down any area that may have gotten any of the roof dirt on it. That included our deck (thanks Victor, it needed cleaning) and our front walk, driveway and the siding (even in an alcove where it couldn't have gotten dirty from roof cleaning). He told us that the roof was about 10 Years old and had another 15 years life which is exactly right. The roof is not only streak free, it is a little lighter than before the cleaning. It is more uniform in color and looks almost brand new. We are very pleased with his work.

Victor is awesome! First, I emailed on Labor Day to get a quote. Normally when I fill out online forms I am skeptical that I shall get a response. Victor called that afternoon and arrived at 9:00 AM Tuesday to provide an estimate. Based on reviews on Angie's List and a look at pricing across several vendors, we decided to go with Roof Clean Bright. Victor arrived as scheduled on Friday, and worked throughout the day, leaving after 7:30 PM. In the course of the day, not only did he remove a lot of moss from our garage roof, he cleaned all the roofs, the gutters, and even the shutters. In addition, he sprayed down the siding of our porch (the rest of the house is brick), cleaned our patio, and even our garage door. Net result is our nearly 20 year old roof looks brand new and our gutters are shiny white again-- we have gutter covers but seeds and such were straggling out of them, leave stains and discoloration. Victor at Roof Clean Bright gets my highest recommendation. He is prompt, thorough, professional and very, very hardworking. If you need to have your roof cleaned, please call this man. Victor did a great job from start to finish. He was very responsive, checked out the roof condition on google earth and after 15 min, called me back to tell me his estimate. Later that day he also emailed me a written quote. We scheduled the job a week later. He showed up on time, started at 9 am and spent the whole day doing the work. I liked that he took the time to explain the condition of the roof, the gutters etc. He used only green products, nothing that would damage the roof materials or the trees/grass around the house. Victor was also extremely detailed and took photos. We know there were problems with our chimney (we just bought the house) since the inspector had made some comments about it...and the pictures Victor took proved it. The mortar and bricks of the top of the chimney were falling apart - so we'll need to take care of that next. Would definitely use him again for fixing the chimney, his price was very fair.

Everything discussed in the written estimate was completed with excellent quality. Victor arrived on time and finished the same day as expected. We would definitely use the company again when needed.

Fabulous job by Victor and Roof Clean Bright!! I contacted Victor, and he came out the next day to look at my roof. He was very responsive and professional. My house is surrounded by trees, so my roof had a lot of moss on it. Well, no more, Victor did a great job removing the moss, and it looks brand new now. I would highly recommend Victor and Roof Clean Bright!

I can't be more pleased with the work that Victor and Roof Clean Bright did for me. I contacted Victor on a Monday, was provided an estimate in writing that evening, and the work was completed two days later on a Wednesday. My room is partially covered by trees and the previous owner had let it get far too built up with moss, algae, etc. Victor was able to remove all of this from the roof. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning the roof (for a great price I might add), he also removed an old (and very large) antenna from my chimney and cleaned all debris from around my house after the roof cleaning. I will certainly use Roof Clean Bright in the future and have no hesitation about recommending them to family and friends

Victor came by to give us a quote on a Saturday and cleaned the roof on Monday and Tuesday. The quick turnaround was wonderful. He did an amazing job and fixed loose tiles and cleaned the chimney as well. So glad we found him.

Victor went well above and beyond what was needed, including removing my rusty old TV antenna. He offered advice about some gutter issues I had. To repeat comments from others before me, Victor is very professional and speaks English perfectly. He does not seek praise because he knows when he has done an excellent job. Victor gave me a very quick quote, and the price was competitive. He scheduled the work very quickly, and performed the work well. He did a couple of extra things at no charge - - took down a roof antenna, power washed the chimney, and took some branches off some power lines running into the house. He did a fine job in cleaning the roof and gutters, and in cleaning the debris that came out of the gutters.

My roof was particularly bad, with the western side (under a large tree) largely covered by moss and stains. Victor cleaned the entire roof structure and it now looks like new. I was very satisfied with his work, including final clean-up. I would recommend him highly.
