Great experience

This was a very interesting experience. My roof had that ugly black stain from rain, algae, etc., and I wanted it cleaned. Victor was doing other work in the neighborhood and I like what I saw, so we invited him over to estimate cleaning. Our roof is rather unique and a bit complicated do to the various add-ons, so it would be quite a process. Victor went on the roof, and although he said we would be glad to clean it, there was significant hail damage. He recommended having an insurance agent inspect the roof, which did happen and Victor accompanied the individual. It was concluded the roof should be replaced - not cleaned. So, Victor recommended a roofing company that he deals with and they promptly came and replaced the roof in two days. I inspected the roof and could not find any faults. Also, I have a 13 x 22 shed with a hip roof which Victor did clean and that came out looking like new. All in all, the association with Victor was super. Do not be thrown by his accent - he is super fluent in the English language and very knowledgeable in the work he does and what insurance companies can and can not do. I would have him back in a flash. Great personality and very consciencious in his work. All "A's" go out to this person and his work.

Victor was at our home less than an hour after my initial call to give us an estimate. Weather delayed getting our roof cleaned, but Victor was diligent about keeping in touch by both phone and email. On the day of the cleaning, he showed up on time, did a very good job, and went above and beyond what we expected by cleaning up all the debris that came off the roof during the job. (and probably some that had collected over the winter). I would not hesitate to recommend his to anyone with a stained roof. A great resource.

Victor the owner of Clean Bright was excellent he went beyond what he was contracted to do. I did not believe the the black streaks could be cleaned from the shingles, but Victor assured me they could and if he couldn't get it clean I did not have to pay for it. Well let me tell you the work that he did and the time spent doing it was well worth the price that ha charged me. I could not believe how it looked when he was done. Victor came over to give me an estimate for cleaning our roof within a few hours of my call. He gave a professional presentation using his neatly organized notebook to explain the details of how he works. He was knowledgeable and polite. He started the work the same week we met. He worked diligently for two full consecutive days and then returned a third day to finish up. He used a biodegradable, evironmentally friendly solution and low pressure power washing only to clean the roof. He worked extremely hard and his work exceeded my expectations. The roof is clean and bright.

Victor exceeded my expectations with the work performed and end results. He was responsive / punctual and his professionalism / quality were exceptional. What impressed me the most was his work ethic. He stayed hours longer than quoted to do the job. He worked harder than any other contractor I've hired, as his goal is to do a good job. As important as the above, Victor's price was more economical compared to other quotes I received. Taking into consideration price/end product/experience, I cannot recommend him enough.
