Went well. - some challenges due to old age of locks but stuck with it till all work accomplished.

Found a creative solution to my lock issues. Very good work, timely, and professional.

Great! The owner Moshe (and his wife!) were *both* so helpful - we were in the middle of an out-of-town emergency, and he came by our place and communicated with me long-distance about his recommendations. It took me a while to finalize the locks we wanted, but I was very grateful for Moshe's wife for her follow-up (at my request) to help me move along on the installation when lots of things were competing for my time. Installation was schedule and went very smoothly: Moshe is friendly, punctual, and left our home clean. I'm so glad we didn't attempt to install them ourselves - it really needed a pro's touch to be done correctly. At any rate, I would absolutely do business with Rockville Lock and Key again and highly recommend them. Very grateful to them for help.

Moshe arrived exactly on time. He took a short look at the locks and gave us a price which was very reasonable. It took him about 15-20 minutes to do what he does and he was done. My wife took a look and was very pleased.

The front door lock was replaced and re-keyed. Additional work was done to allow the deadbolt and door knob lock to open and lock smoothly. They showed up when they said would and did a great job. The front door closes and locks very well now. Very happy. Used them before.

I was in town visiting a friend and I unfortunately got locked out of my car . I googled local locksmith and Rockville lock and key came up first . Within 15 minutes A man named Moshe was at my location . He did an excellent job Without any issues and worked to a very high professional standard.
