I have saved his contact info in my phone as my lifetime go-to guy for any lock work. There's really nothing else needs to be said. But...Moshe is all you could ask for in a locksmith. He is not only professional and competent but also caring and not all about the money. I had several doors and lots of locks(some doors had double locks) that I needed to have re-keyed. His prices are reasonable and as he did the work, he pointed out to me how some of the locks weren't worth rekeying even though he could have easily done so and charged me for it. He also went above and beyond when in chatting I mentioned other work I needed to have done that had nothing to do with locks. He looked into his network of contacts to put me in touch with others.

Moshe made me feel safe and comfortable while my baby and I were locked out of the house. His price was fair and I would use him again in the future.

Moshe called me back immediately and was very accommodating with scheduling. We knew that the job would require two different visits due to the challenges. It was clear that Moshe could think outside the box. He gave the job considerable thought, evening seeking the advise of a peer to get a second opinion (which we really appreciated). He provided a solution that we were quite pleased with. Given the time that he has to put into the job we were happy with the price. I highly recommend Moshe and would definitely use him again.

The entire experience went off without a hitch. I was also pleased that the price I was quoted ended up being the actual price.

It went very well. Moshe diagnosed the problem and had the safe open in 5 minutes.

Moshe was very accommodating for our availability and was able to come out the day after I called him for a quote. He arrived at the scheduled time and gave us a written estimate prior to starting any work. He was able to point out some issues with the locks installed in the home and made a couple of recommendations to us on what we can do for that. He was able to give us a great deal on some new locks that needed replacing and cut us new keys with no extra charge. I was very happy and pleased with the work he did and the level of effort and care that went into ensuring we were happy with the results.

The work was completed quickly and well. The price was reasonable and we received many copies of the keys.

I never write reviews but Moshe REALLY DESERVES ONE !! Although it was a "simple" lock change the only availability we had was after hours. Not only did he show up on time, but even at 9:00 pm at night he came out with the greatest attitude. Very Professional!! Another thing worth mentioning, when asked about what would be the best option, and although he could have picked the most pricy one, he recommended something more affordable and reliable. Where do you see that now days??? We just can't say enough positive things about this business!!!!

Moshe was so amazing! I own a business on Rockville Pike and needed to get my locks changed. He came quickly, he took the time to make sure everything was done properly and went around with me at the end to confirm that every lock and key worked. He was quiet and respectful as to not interrupt our flow of business. His respect extended not only to me but to my staff and patients as well. The service was great. The Technician was friendly and professional. I heard a lot of horror stories about locksmiths in the past. But I can honestly say that Rockville Lock and Key is a company I would strongly recommend to anyone.

First of all, Moshe was right on time. The moment he arrived he was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my door and told me I needed an adjustment and a new lock. He took his time to ensure a job well done. His prices were fair and I can tell he is really a perfectionist. He demonstrated to me how my new lock works and also made an adjustment to the frame of my door so that the door opens smoothly. I have three teenage boys so the door certainly has had a lot of abuse! I am very pleased with Moshe's work and have already referred him to my neighbors!

Moshe from Rockville Lock and Key came out to help me with the lock. We scheduled an appointment and he was there right on time. Within minutes, he assessed the situation and 10 minutes later my lock was working like new! It was such a relief since I have two young kids and need to have a functioning door in order to close the bathroom. I should note that Moshe came to the house when my small kids were there and I felt completely safe and comfortable with him. He is likable, personable and professional.

He reviewed my options with me and proceeded to do the work to my satisfaction. He was super friendly to my cat and dog who were home at the time. He oven showed me pictures of his twin girls! I was quite pleased with his work and his overall friendliness, professionalism, and price. He was much more reasonable than the other companies I checked around with first. I will wholeheartedly use him again in the future.

Rockville Lock and Key responded immediately to my call and offered to arrive on an emergency basis if necessary. Our issue was not an emergency so we scheduled for the next day. Mr. Kimchy arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. He was highly skilled and repaired the lock quickly and professionally. He also cleaned up after the work was finished! We were so happy that he was successful in the repair and we avoided the cost of having to install a new lock. I highly recommend Rockville Lock and Key!
